THE SPACE:
Our comfortable 3 Bed / 2 Bath home is stocked full of all the amenities you desire for home cooking, traveling with kids, enjoying the pool and beach, and a wonderful nights rest. The layout of this split floorplan home offers privacy for the spacious primary suite and optimal flow throughout. The house offers a true indoor/outdoor living experience with the living room patio door opening completely to the lanai, and 2 bedrooms equipped with patio doors leading out to the pool.

The gorgeous Naples Pier Beach on the Gulf of Mexico is only 4 miles away.
You are only 10 minutes to the famous Naples 5th Ave- full of exceptional shops, world-class restaurants and notable entertainment. Stunning gulf courses, pickleball courts, botanical gardens, Naples Zoo and the community theater are just a few options to explore locally! Groceries and essentials are less than a mile from the home.

You will love the resort-like indoor/ outdoor experience as most rooms walk out to the patio. The large, heated pool is pleasantly warmed to 85 degrees for all guests. Additional outdoor amenities include outdoor living room with a TV, outdoor dining, lounge chairs, gas grill, pool floats, and fenced in grass backyard.

PET FRIENDLY:
One dog per reservation is welcome for stays of 1 week or more. The back yard has a small fenced in grass area for your dog. We ask all guests to pick up after your pup. Please inquire about pets before booking.

BEACH DAY:
We are only 4 miles from the Iconic Naples Pier Beach - sugar sand stretches out as far as the eye can see! The Pier is a wonderful place to fish or watch a magnificent sunset over the Gulf (no matter how many times you see it, it does not get old.) We have all the beach amenities so you can enjoy the beach day and return to your nearby home away from home.
