Brand new 7 person 90 jet spa/hot tub.
Relax with room to spread out in an 8000 square feet home under central air-conditioning with 7 bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms on main floor) and 7 bathrooms. There are 9 beds (6 queen, 2 king, 1 twin) and 2 full size cribs.
Take a swim in the large heated pool or stroll the 5 acres exploring the tropical fruit trees and flowers.
Our outside space has 2 dining areas, lounge chairs and a sectional. The yard gives you the option to play sports or enjoy walking through the large garden areas. You may choose to relax in the pool while soaking up the sun or get a massage in the new hot tub while overlooking the tropical landscape. The entire lanai is all screened so our guests can enjoy the outside ammenities daytime or nightime without any nuisance insects.
Relax with a movie on the 110" screen in our surround sound movie room, the 83" smart TV in family room or at the bar. Our gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make your stay memorable. Enjoy two living rooms with lots of seating. One living room has a bar with 6 bar stools, a table to play cards, a flat screen TV and a sectional. Mix up your favorite cocktail or pour a glass of wine and just relax. Our second lounging area has an additional sectional and chairs. There is a formal dining room in addition to an eat in area in the kitchen overlooking the pool. In addition to the other eating areas, we have a room set up with 4 tables with tablecloths and chairs for holiday gatherings.
We are centrally located, the beach is an 8 mile drive, 1 mile to Publix supermarket, 4 miles to interstate 75, 20 minutes to Fort Myers airport, 1.5 hours to Miami. Parking? no worries, the large circular driveway and porte cochère make parking and unloading luggage a breeze.
There is plenty to see in Naples in a short drive of 20 minutes or less. Beaches, award winning restaurants, see manatees, golf, pickleball, dolphins, Botanical gardens, zoo, nature hikes, gator tour airboat rides, diving/ snorkeling. Marco Island is 20 minutes south.
Recommendations on activities with directions, etc. will be available in the home to make it easy to plan your stay.

East Naples peaceful home

First, let me say that Steve and Dianne were fantastic communicators. Best I have seen as a house renter and we’ve had many good ones. The home was great and in a very quiet neighborhood. The theatre room was fun. The backyard pool and spa were as advertised. The screened in pool area was nice. Plenty of space for our large group to eat together. More than enough bathroom space. Grounds were nice and there were a few nice quiet streets nearby to walk. Also, close to primary attractions in Naples.

Perfect getaway for large groups!

We weren’t especially impressed with the location of this property but the home was very nice. Loved the pool and there were plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, and pots and pans that you could possibly need. All of the bedrooms had a bath. The master bathroom was exceptional. Lovely home.

We had an awesome stay at the house and would highly recommend it. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and we had room to spare. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time next to the pool or in the pool. The property is very private, we couldn’t hear or see the neighbors. I look forward to staying at this house in the future.

Great for a large group

This house was great for our group - 8 friends visiting Naples for our annual golf and Super Bowl weekend. The house had everything we needed, including a comfortable bedrooms, a great kitchen including equipment and supplies, big screen TVs, pool and hot tub, and it was near several good golf courses. The hosts were great communicators and were available for anything we needed. My only suggestion is to update the furniture (the house is modern but the furniture, while fine, it somewhat dated) and improve the TV in the home theater room (though the other 80" big screen TV in the living room was great). I would highly recommend this house for any large gathering of family and friends.

Ideal for family (of 14) reunion

Located on the more quiet side of Naples on acres of fenced lawns and extensive gardens, this spacious property (8000 sq feet) was an ideal fit for our family group ranging in age from 8 to 78. With a large pool, a hot tub, a movie theater, multiple television screens, game tables and chairs, and a large grill in the pool/patio area to supplement the well appointed kitchen, we had no trouble keeping ourselves busy, happy, entertained, and fed. The bedrooms ranged from large to huge. Everyone remarked about how comfortable the beds were. The house is clearly well maintained and the owners have done an exceptional job of making this property so inviting as well as functional. In addition, Steve and Dianne responded promptly (within minutes, usually) to our occasional questions. Our group has been to several VRBO destinations over the years. This is one that will be put on our "repeat list".

The house is very large and spacious with beautiful landscaping. We bought coffee and tea but they provided all that plus things we didn't anticipated would be there. The host were very responsive through every step of the way. We had a great time and would highly recommend them.

Beautiful Property

Our family of 12 had the best time at Bella Vita. Everyone had space to spread out and relax on our week long vacation together. Can’t say enough good things about the house & backyard. Beautiful grounds, amazing pool, and the house has everything you could need or want. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, pool & beach toys, and abundance of towels and extra blankets. The theater room was awesome for watching the NCAA games together! The property owners were wonderfully accommodating. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Awesome Place for larger groups

We were so impressed with how easy the check in and check out process was. The communication from the site managers was great. They even warned us a day before we checked in that there were some traffic delays due to an accident near the exit for the villa. They made everything go so smoothly. The facility was so well laid out for our group of 12. Each couple had a great bedroom with plenty of restrooms throughout the villa. The pool was wonderful and the pool area was great. The yard has many trees and bushes creating a great place for birds. This was such a beautiful place! We would highly recommend this place .

Wow! This home is phenomenal! Our family stayed here the first of January 2024. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable.Gourmet kitchen for sure (wish I could duplicate it at my home)! Having 2 coffee pots (Keurig and Keurig w/a pot) was perfect for our morning coffee! Having all these bathrooms was so nice. Pool so clean and excellent for kids to enjoy. Safe area. We had a couple of glitches, but Steve and Diane were quick to respond and VERY nice. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the landscaping and yard. Great place 👍❤️

This home is beautiful and has everything that you need. The kids LOVED the movie theater! The outdoor pool area was spectacular. It is all screened in so you can sit out there at night without bugs! Plenty of room and seating for everyone. We had 8 adults and 4 kids 10, 6, 4 and 2. It is close to beautiful beaches! It was one of our best family vacations! You will love it! Our group cannot say enough good things about Steve & Dianne, and their property Bella Vita. From start to finish they were responsive to any questions we had, as well as generally helpful/knowledgeable about the area as none of us had been to Naples before. We were 4 families in town for a soccer tournament, all with children ranging from 8-12 and Bella Vita gave us more than enough space to spread out but also gave us the opportunity to make some great "framily" memories. The property and pool were super clean and they left us with basic necessities to get our trip started upon arrival before we did our store run. The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen and we made good use of it. Feeding 16 people is not easy but we had more than enough space to cook and not get in each others way, which also helped us avoid having to eat out every day. We also loved the privacy we all had with the 7 bedrooms. The kids also LOVED the movie room of course, which gave the adults the freedom to use the other TVs to watch what we wanted. When we had a little difficulty getting the projector on initially, Steve responded swiftly which was greatly appreciated. The location was great also being only a short drive to multiple beaches and having a Publix only minutes away. We would recommend Bella Vita to anyone staying in the Naples area and have already discussed staying here again next year if our team makes the trip down!
