Loblolly Cottages brings five cottages together on one quiet lakeside property in Naples Park, booked as a single stay for up to 26 guests. It's built for the group trip that doesn't fit in one house: everyone on the same property, each family with its own front door.

Four two-bedroom cottages each sleep six, with a queen bed in one room and two double beds in the other. The Starfish studio adds a queen for two. That works for a family reunion spanning three generations, a few families traveling together, or a team in town for a tournament weekend. Every cottage has a private entrance, a full kitchen, and its own patio, so mornings can start whenever each household is ready.

The cottages share an easy, open layout, with living and dining in one room, a full kitchen with a Keurig, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi throughout. The two-bedroom cottages each have a dedicated workspace, and the Starfish studio has the property's one dishwasher. Bathrooms have walk-in showers, and shared laundry on site keeps longer stays and sandy towels under control.

Out back, the lake sits just past the grass, and that's where the group tends to end up. Fire pit tables sit at the center of the Seaturtle and Fisherman's Cottage patios, four of the five patios have grills, and there's plenty of outdoor seating for dinner to spill from one doorstep to the next. For beach days, ten chairs, four umbrellas, and five coolers are ready to go. Off-street parking fits five cars, one for each cottage, and dogs are welcome in every unit.

From Naples Park, the Gulf is about five minutes west, and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, one of the best spots for soft sand and shelling on this coast, is just up the road. Mercato's restaurants and shops are a short drive away for dinners out and grocery runs, and Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples is about 20 minutes south. Golf and pickleball are close by, the Paradise Coast Sports Complex is about 20 minutes away for tournament weekends, and Southwest Florida International Airport is roughly 30 minutes out.

Please note: Loblolly Cottages is a multi-unit property offered here as a full buyout of all five cottages. Each cottage has its own private entrance and patio. Laundry facilities are shared, and off-street parking accommodates five vehicles, one per cottage. Fire pit tables are located at Seaturtle and Fisherman's Cottages, and the Starfish studio has the property's only dishwasher.

- Please keep the windows closed and do not set the thermostat below 68°F, as this can damage the AC units. Failure to follow this may result in additional charges.
- No overnight visitors beyond the registered guest count.
- Please clean the grill with the provided brush after each use and confirm all burners and the gas valve are turned off.
- Please do not move the furniture.
- Only toilet paper may be flushed. This includes "flushable wipes," which can clog the septic system.

Parking Details:
- One vehicle per unit, parked in the unit's designated space.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
