This condo is part of The Cottages at the Naples Bay Resort, minutes from Tin City, 5th Avenue, and Naples Pier. This 2 BR, 2 bath unit has a fully- stocked kitchen that is perfect for making home-cooked meals. Enjoy access to all the Naples Bay Resort onsite amenities, including 5 pools, a spa, fitness center, Yoga, tennis, personal trainers, private poolside cabanas, Top Golf Suite, and poolside bar with poolside service.

The condo was totally refurbished in Sept 2022 by Traditions Classic Home Furnishings. Our repeat customers will be amazed by the transformation.

This is a true RESORT GETAWAY! A $250 registration fee, plus $60/night plus tax resort fee needs to be paid by the guest on check-in. Summer Specials: For reservations from 6/1/25 - 10/31/25 and 6/1/26 - 10/31/26, the resort fee is $150 for registration, plus $50/night.

Great location whether you stay at the resort and relax at the pool or walk right down 5th. Reasonable prices at the resort. Good gym and locker room. Place was clean and well stocked with necessities for cooking. All in all we were happy with our visit.

Wonderful week

This cottage was perfect! Clean Loved that my teen had his own bedroom and full bathroom. I appreciate that there were trashbags soap paper towels etcEverything we needed. Location to pool and spa was great! Easy walk to breakfast by the bay. Only recommendation would be a dresser in the twin bed room.

The property was excellent and as advertised. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the excellent tennis courts, workout facility, and pools. The only minor glitch was poor TV reception. The host was responsive in trying to improve. If TV or casting is important, consider bringing a Roku stick or similar device.

Not our favorite

The UNIT itself was so-so at best compared to other places we've stayed in our travels. According to the listing the unit had been renovated... however, there were places around the shower that had rust and discoloration; the dishwasher seemed to be rusted or at least have some mineral deposits at the opening; and the toilet in the second bathroom was constantly running. The view out the main window and patio is of the entrance gate and some foliage. The internet was horrible: the tv channels were constantly glitching, as was anything we tried to stream from our phones onto the tv. The BIGGEST complaint and main reason for even considering leaving any type of review is the AC/ thermostat. The temperature doesn't go lower than 68- the unit is locked out beyond that. We came home very late (we stayed over NYE) and the temperature inside the unit was 71, even though the system was set at 68. We tried everything to get the system to move to a lower temperature, to no avail. I messaged the host, who gave me a sarcastic answer that 68 wasn't even hot, and then gave a very long-winded answer as to why the unit "couldn't" go lower than 68. Needless to say, in south Florida, on a hot and muggy night, when the AC couldn't even keep up enough to keep the unit lower than 71 inside, we had a very uncomfortable and sleepless night that day, as well as others when we'd wake up sweating. NOT the best part of our trip (insert angry emoji). Otherwise, the property itself was great.

Condo was perfect! Very clean with all the amenities you would need. Check in process was seamless. Resort was great for both kids and adults. Shuttle service to downtown and Naples beach was a great touch. They also provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Would highly recommend this place!

Great Stay But Resort Fees were Off

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the unit. We would’ve given this five stars but the fees per day added on to by the resort were higher than communicated originally. The access fee for the resort (one time) was $200 instead of the listed $100. Additionally, the per day resort access fee was $50 instead of the listed $35.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay with our two boys ages 3 & 6. The pool was great fun and the lazy river was a bonus. We especially enjoyed strolling through the resort and local neighborhoods at night to check out the holiday lights. Would absolutely come again. Thank you.

The condo was very clean and in a great location. The owner was great at communicating with us about check in details. Our only complaint was that the towels were old and should be replaced (some of them had stains). The pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser großzügigen und hübsch eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Wohnung beinhaltet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Strand von Naples ist wunderschön und mit dem Auto in ca 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Pool u Fitnessstudio des angeschlossenen Bay Club sind sehr schön. Allerdings wird hier noch eine zusätzliche Gebühr fällig. Alles in allem ein gelungener. Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We have stayed at Naples Bay Resort several times. This was the first time staying in this unit and it was a fantastic 12 night stay. It was very clean, fully stocked, and a short walk to the pool/club. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean and comfortable. Used washer, tumble dryer, dish washer. All kitchen essentials provided. Amazing accommodation. 2 min walk to resort pools, gym etc. easy to walk to restaurants but can use hotel free shuttle service to take you and collect you. We have previously stayed in the main hotel and this cottage matched our expectations of the overall furnishings and cleanliness. We therefore left it as clean as we found it. Lovely property

Our condominium was top-notch, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could imagine. Property owner took care of all of our needs immediately. The property was close to the beautiful fifth Avenue, shops, restaurants and beach. Staff at Naples Bay was excellent and we enjoyed the complementary frozen grapes, cool towels, and sample drinks.
