Welcome to Napili Shores B109, a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor condo nestled in the heart of Napili on beautiful West Maui. This charming retreat comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features split air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed internet, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.

The bedroom offers a California king-sized bed, inviting you to stretch out and unwind after a day of island adventures. You'll find the bathroom boasts a generous shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're trying your hand at something new or making a quick snack before heading out.

​​​​​​​Step outside to your private lanai, where you can enjoy ocean views and, during whale season (December through April), witness the majestic humpback whales in their natural habitat. Whether you're here to relax or explore, Napili Shores B109 provides the perfect setting to create lasting memories.

Napili Shores nestled in lush, well-maintained gardens, offers the ideal balance between tropical seclusion and convenient access to West Maui's beaches. The resort's amenities include an oceanfront pool with sweeping views of the Pacific, a second pool surrounded by tropical foliage, and a hot tub perfect for unwinding. BBQ grills and picnic areas are also available, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining amidst the island's natural beauty. There are also two restaurants on the property; the famous Gazebo Restaurant known for its breakfast and Kitchen 5315 Restaurant and Tiki Bar Lounge. Enjoy a leisurely walk to the sandy beach of Napili Bay. This is a nice spot to enjoy the sun and water activities.

PARKING: Cars must be parked in places designated. Only one vehicle per apartment may be parked on the premises at one time. Owners', renters', and guests' cars may be parked on premises only during periods of occupancy and must have a parking permit displayed. Parking permits available at the front desk. Note: Napili Shores charges a one time $50 (plus tax) facility fee. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival, this fee is NOT associated with My Perfect Stays.

Condo by the beach and pool!

Great location, we are repeat visitors. This condo was simple. No bells and whistles, no frills. Everything you need to be comfortable. We brought extra towels as there are never enough kitchen or pool towels. Knives were dull and rusted but we also bring our own knives! TV is cable only. Not a smart TV and no DVD player disappointing for kids as we have stayed in others with this amenity. Internet was good. Shower was stained, shower head needs maintenance. Would stay again if the continued tokeep maintenance.

Overall lovely property but unit has lots of issues

Resort had the building next to ours closed down due to plumbing issues. They knew it would be closed but did not disclose this and the wind would pick up a sewer/feces smell and it would waft onto our lanai every 15 minutes or so. The host gave me a partial refund for this issue but so many others arised after that. The second worst was the pocket door for the bathroom would get caught or stuck and our 7 year old was locked in for about 10 minutes before we could get it open. We ended up having to leave it open the entire duration of our stay. Using the bathroom/shower with no door wasn’t great. Outlet covers were all missing in the kitchen. Fridge and microwave were not full sized as advertised. The thermostat batteries were dead so we had to swap the remote batteries out. The lanai wasn’t cleaned at all so we spent our first morning sweeping and wiping it down. There was a flooring issue in the bedroom that they tried to hide with a rug. It sounded like a broken tile but we were too nervous to look under the rug. We have been to Hawaii many times and have never had a laundry list of issues such as this. This unit needs to be refurbished before being rented out. Would stay in the same resort but not this unit until issues are sorted out.

Wonderful location

This property is wonderful because of its location. Just steps to the beach or pool! The unit is nice, but could use a few upgrades. The unit did have everything you need for your stay. We loved that the lanai went out to a grassy area for our kids to run around. We would stay again!

Nice condo at Napili Bay

We had a great vacation here. A comfortable well-stocked condo in a great location. Napili Shores Resort is beautiful, the grounds & pools are well-kept & it's right next to Napili Bay & walking distance to Kapalua Bay. The condo had everything we needed- towels, beach towels, a small cooler- & the bed was comfortable. We did not need to use the A/C in early May.

A "meh" unit on gorgeous property

Napili Shores is great. Unit B109 needs a lot of work. We stayed there for 10 days with a group of family friends who each had their own units. Our unit was the least appointed and oldest in terms of the shape of the kitchen and bathroom. There were several issues with the unit itself with a kitchen drawer being completely broken upon arrival and the overhead light in the bedroom non-functional. They did sent someone to try and fix this, but they did not schedule a time to send a handyperson to be in the unit and they arrived unannounced and while my infant was napping. They were unable to fix the issues during our stay so we had to deal with a broken kitchen drawer system and no overhead bedroom light the entire trip. If you like to cook, don't pick this unit. The kitchen stove does not have a vent hood and cooking anything at all requires you to open all the windows to create a vacuum to move the smoke out of the unit. The microwave and fridge are very small while our friends had full sized appliances. The unit is old and has no decorations. It felt like being in a concrete box while all of our friends had remodeled units with nice amenities and decorations on the walls. The Gazebo Restaurant is directly in front of the unit's view and is open to the public. People will line up in front of your unit starting at 6:30AM and they will be there until well after 12PM. It essentially ruins the view because people are standing in front of you with umbrellas and will stare at you while you try and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai. This also renders the front pool useless until the restaurant closes at 2PM since people are standing in line around pool. You feel like a zoo animal being watched. Lots of foot traffic right in front of this unit and people who are not staying at Napili Shores will use the outdoor games all morning in front of the unit. The unit is quite loud since there is construction on the property and the trash truck backing up. Window block zero sound at 7AM. For a family of four during a 10 day stay, we were provided only four towels, one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel roll. You will have to wash your bathroom towels on the property and spend time and money to do so. It was unexpected that we would be so limited in these amenities. Don't get caught without toilet paper! The grounds of the property are beautiful though and we did enjoy our vacation here. We will return but will pick a different unit next time.

Great location. Convenient to beach.

We’ve been coming to Maui every year for the last 15 years. This is the first time at this property and using VRBO, which can be risky. We were not disappointed. This location and the unit was great. Property upon check in was easy and clean. Access to beach is within steps. The famous Gazebo restaurant is in front of you. One small note. Get bigger beach chairs :) We would definitely love to stay here again. Feel free to contact us for our experience.

Wonderful get away

B-109 is perfectly located for beach, pool and market access. Just 1/2 mile from Napili Market and a 5 minute drive to incredible restaurants in one direction, and tasty food trucks in the other. The management was very responsive to our questions. We had a lovely 8 day stay and can't wait to return.

Great location. First floor, the gate to the beach was just steps away. We could also see whale's blowing in the water from the living room and patio. Lots of green grass for throwing the frisbee. We're already ready to go back!

Perfect for our family

We loved our stay. The complex is at an amazing location that just can’t be beat. The condo itself was plenty roomy and comfortable for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. We could have easily spent our entire vacation just staying here without excursions.

Best location on the island

This trip was a graduation gift for my daughter. We had never been to Maui and were looking for something safe and clean in a good location. Well, this place is the best! Napili Shores is perfect for everything! Close to the best beaches, turtles right out front! Great restaurants, so many close by! The condo had everything the two of us needed. The property manager was available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property if your looking for something simple and close to everything!

Nice Vacation

This was a nice property and only about 100 yards or so from the beach. The Napili Shores Outrigger front desk staff was a bit argumentative. You could tell they did not like the fact they were not managing this room/our reservation. The beach umbrella broke the second time we used it and needed to replace it with an exact umbrella from Costco. Otherwise nice.
