BEST OF ISLAND Vue à 250 degrés. Vous êtes si près du magnifique océan turquoise que vous pouvez y jeter une pièce!

La première chose que vous voyez dans ce non-fumeur, 2 BDRM / 2BATH, est la vue imprenable sur l'océan et les îles de Lanai et Molokai. Vous pouvez également voir une vue luxuriante sur les montagnes tropicales. Les deux vues enveloppent ce condo exceptionnel. Les meilleurs couchers de soleil sur Maui sont sur votre propre véranda.

C'est LA pièce de coin au 7ème étage située dans le bâtiment A de l'Hololani. Il offre une vue sur l'océan depuis chaque chambre.
Il y a 2 chambres avec lits King Size. L'un d'eux peut être séparé en 2 singles si nécessaire.

Dans les deux Bdms, vous pouvez vous allonger sur le lit et regarder les baleines saisonnières se briser ou lorsque les vagues ou le vent se lèvent, regarder l'excitation des surfeurs et des planchistes.
Observez d'immenses tortues de mer résidentes depuis votre transat pendant que vous prenez votre boisson du matin.
Le salon dispose également d'un lit gigogne double.

** HOLOLANI SHORELINE WORK - La construction commencera le 1er août 2018 et se terminera en février 2019 de 8 h à 16 h. La conduite des palplanches devrait se terminer fin octobre, mais d'autres travaux peuvent encore être bruyants et perturbateurs, notamment de nouveaux sacs de sable, le capuchon en béton et la refonte du pont de la piscine. Une clôture anti-poussière sera installée autour de la propriété.

This location is great. Close to many beaches. We saw turtles and rainbows daily from the balcony. Sunsets cannot be beat. The condo has everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler. Thanks for sharing your Maui with us.

Beautiful Ocean View

The location of the condo was perfect being located on the corner and we had such a great view of the ocean looking out at both Molokai and Lanai, and also the mountains from the master bedroom. It was very spacious and clean. The condo was very fully equipped for everything we needed in the kitchen to all of the items to have a fun day at the beach. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Book this one! You cannot beat the view. The moment you walk in this place will force you to relax. The sunsets from the lanai were spectacular. Sea turtles everywhere. Cool breeze from the upper level was fantastic. Neighbors were very quiet. We came here for my daughter’s 21st birthday And we cannot wait to go back again. We absolutely loved it. The owner was so accommodating and helped us out when our flight got delayed. We cannot thank her enough!

Wonderful location. Condo has great bones but is really showing its age. Second bath desperately needs remodeling, especially the shower. Screens on windows in back bedroom needed so windows can be left open for air

Best View on Maui

It was hard to leave the condo to enjoy the many activities on Maui because the view is so incredible. Whales were everywhere! Coffee in the morning and a cocktail at sunset each day was the best part of the trip! Beach chairs and other beach accessories are offered in the room, and our party of five had plenty of room. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. The owner is very responsive and great to work with.

Great Views

The spacious lanai offers outstanding ocean views. There was quite a lot of whale activity during our stay and being on the seventh floor gave us a great vantage point. We spent more time than we normally might have on the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. This is a corner unit which allows for good ventilation with open windows. The condo is dated and a bit worn but quite comfortable.

Perfect for family

Amazing location. Near all snorkel, surf, family friendly beaches and hikes. The two bedrooms was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their space and was so comfortable. Every single room (including bathrooms ) had an ocean view. We went in April and still saw whales from the balcony. Tons of sea turtles, rainbows and sunsets. The washer and dryer came in the clutch, and we loved having a full kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed to make food for our family anytime day. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Views and Good Location

Our family with young kids stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space and beds along with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was adequate for a few meals. The owner had beach toys, snorkels, and a couple beach chairs and towels for guests to use. We liked the location with a narrow beach out front and great views. We walked to the nearby coffee shop and brewery for a couple meals. This area is much more laid back than the chain resorts. The sunsets were amazing each night from this ocean view high floor. We would love to return someday.

Beautiful view!

We stayed a week end of September/beginning of October with our daughter and son-in-law. The condo is situated perfectly for two couples to be comfortable. The condo is dated but that didn’t matter considering we were out and about most of our stay. The unit is spotless and we had everything we needed for every aspect of the vacation. I particularly was happy with the seating on the lanai. The view is incredible and we watched the sunset in comfort! Having coffee in the morning on the lanai was a favorite for all of us. I stress the seating because we’ve been places where the chairs were awful and it ruins the experience. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect view and location. Saw turtles right from the balcony, Whale season was just starting (late Nov) and we got a glimpse of one. Must be the perfect perch for whale watching (large monocular included!). Kitching outfitted with everything (and more) that we needed for a Thanksgiving dinner. Large TV. Great for family, though two couples may find the second bedroom could have more privacy. Thanks for letting us stay in your apartment and for making our stay easy. Aloha

Amazing Views!

Just as the listing says, we walked into amazing views of Lanai and Molokai. We enjoyed time on the lanai with regular sightings of splashing whales! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs and made good use of them! A great location, close to the beaches near Kapalua, and walking distance to a great coffee house (shout out to Hawaiian Village Coffee!) and the Maui Brewing Co! The host was very easy to contact and quick to to any questions we had. Even without A/C, there were wonderful breezes through all the rooms. We would definitely stay again! Stuck in Paradise

We checked in here the night before the massive Lahaina fire, and were stuck on the West side of Maui for a few days without power, Internet, or phone, but I have to say that if I'm going to be stuck somewhere without these conveniences, this was a very comfortable place to stay. It is a wonderful condo, comfortable, amazing views, and surrounded by some great people who live in some of the other condos that we met while there. Maui definitely needs time to heal and rebuild, but when it opens back up to visitors, I strongly recommend this wonderful condo. And the owners were very helpful, quick to answer questions, and concerned for our safety while there during this tragedy.

Can’t beat the view!

This unit was incredible for proximity to ocean. We spent many hours on the lanai watching snorkellers, dolphins and sea turtles and it’s situation made it comfortable and shaded for most of the day. It was a bit warm at night without AC but worth it for sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the sound of waves and feel the ocean breeze. Beds and pull out couch were comfortable. Nice beaches were a short drive away (Napili and Black Rock) although missed having a nice beach walk and swimming beach within easy walking distance. Thank you for having us as guests. You have a really unique and lovely place.

Amazing Views

We stayed for a week in July 24. The views are stunning- we saw turtles every time we went out on the lanai…fish and dolphins throughout the week as well. The sunsets were gorgeous and we had an occasional rainbow too. There was plenty of space for our group of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool and outdoor grills were cleaned daily. Check in was easy. Covered parking was a nice amenity. Host was extremely responsive. No AC but it was comfortable with the windows open…the unit is dated but the views more than make up for it! I hope we get to come back someday!

The views made the stay spectacular

The property was quiet and as advertised. It was expected to be older decor but it was clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I wish I knew was the master bedroom windows had no coverings or screens, making me uncomfortable with the leaving them fully open for the breeze. The wind was very strong one day, we had a towel we brought fly out the window. So use caution with the windows and strong trade winds. Beautiful views

Went with my mother on our annual trip to Maui to visit relatives, and brought a friend who was visiting Maui for the first time. We were impressed by the view from the lanai. We stayed 8 nights and almost every evening we stayed out on the balcony to watch the sunset, which were all amazing. In the daytime we could see humpback whales jumping out of the water, it was constant. And rainbows multiple times during our stay. The room was clean and well furnished, some days we used what utensils were there and cooked our own food, and because there are restaurants nearby we would walk less than 5 minutes to grab a bite. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back on a future trip.

Didn't quite see all the whales we has hoped for but did see some come out of the water in the distance right from the lanai, also saw some turtles swim near the shore/sandbags. When you were on the lanai or even from the master bedroom, you felt like you were right on the water! We were within walking distance to Captain Jack's. There is also a gas station, McDonalds and General Store within walking distance plus other shops. Yes, the condo could use some updating but then the host would have to charge more for renting! We were comfortable enough with what there was. The king bed was very comfy/firm and the twin was on the softer side, according to my friend. Communication with the owner was great, The host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly in our communications. Carol

Great potential

Decorated well. Needs normal maintainance-lubricate and adjust doors, windows. Wiring suspect with lamp cords running inside walls. Needs kitchen hardware and more complete dish set and better knives. Door was adjar and unlocked when we arrived. Wash machine was jammed - cleaning lady cut sheet out and I managed to clear it to make machine useable. Great potential but needs attention to detail.

Beautiful views off of a 7 story condo

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the seventh floor had beautiful views off of the large balcony. We appreciated having two bathrooms with two teenagers, and they each had their own twin bed which is a plus. We enjoyed the side balcony in the late afternoon because the main balcony got too much sun this time of day. There is no air conditioning, and this was slightly challenging at night because the July night air didn't cool down past 73 degrees. We were glad for the fans in the rooms and the large sliding glass doors for the balconies to get air flow, but this did make for some warm sleeping. Every evening we would eat dinner on the large balcony (at sunset when the lighting was easier and not so hot) and we would watch large sea turtles enjoying the shallow waters right below our balcony. It was nice having a covered designated parking spot.
