The Space:

Spend mornings with coffee on the patio as the resort wakes up, afternoons winding through Silverado Trail tasting rooms (Darioush, Frog's Leap, Duckhorn Vineyards, with William Hill just a mile away), and evenings uncorking the day's finds back on your private patio. The 400+ wineries of Napa Valley unfold from this Silverado Condominium Community base camp.



Settle into Unit 381's open living area, where a geometric sofa and wingback chairs gather around the smart TV and French doors pull the patio light inside. Cook with everything you need on the granite-topped peninsula -- stainless appliances, full-size oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker handle anything from a quick breakfast to a multi-course farm-to-table spread. Gather at the dining table under plantation-shutter light to map out the day's tasting route.



Step next door to Unit 382, a private studio with its own entrance, king bed, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and full bath -- ideal for couples traveling together who want their own space without losing the shared morning patio.



OUTDOOR LIVING

Claim a lounger at the kidney-shaped community pool directly across the way (4' deep, open Memorial Day through Labor Day) after a long day on the Trail. Each unit opens to its own sunny patio -- Unit 381's set for alfresco dining, Unit 382's tuned for an afternoon glass and a book.

Guest Access:

Step into a private fenced patio of your own, then out into the Silverado Resort grounds — on-site restaurants, the market, and shops are open to the public, and the community pool near your condo is included in your stay. The Silverado golf courses and main resort pool are not available to condo guests; the spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee — check with the resort for current details. Both side-by-side condos are yours, with an updated kitchen, a fireplace, and outdoor dining on the patio. Grab the key from the lockbox; on-site parking sits close to the unit, with three first-come EV chargers.



The Neighborhood:

You're ideally positioned within the prestigious Silverado Resort community, surrounded by Napa Valley's world-class wine scene. Start your morning with fresh pastries from Silverado Market & Bakery just 0.1 miles away. For evening cocktails and dinner, Mansion Bar & Terrace is practically next door at 0.1 miles — enjoy their outdoor patio with fire features and valley views. Wine lovers will appreciate being 0.6 miles from Del Dotto Historic Winery & Caves and Whetstone Wine Cellars, with Krupp Brothers and the Napa Valley Tasting Barn both 0.7-0.8 miles away. For provisions, Monticello Deli & Market is 0.8 miles down the road, while a full Nob Hill Foods grocery is 2.1 miles away. Getting Around:

Napa is about an hour from San Francisco — a scenic drive across the East Bay and up into wine country. You'll have two dedicated parking spaces right by your units. A car makes the valley easy to explore — tasting rooms, restaurants, and vineyards are spread from Carneros up to Calistoga. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.



Other Things to Note:

• The home stays naturally cool thanks to the air conditioning in both units — a real luxury in wine country.

• This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge.

• On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all.

• The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests — excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away.

• The main resort pool is also not available; your stay includes the community pool near your condo.

• The Silverado spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort; please check with Silverado directly for current rates and policies, as they can change.

• The community pool (4 feet deep) is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and is just steps from your door.

• Download speeds of 18.3 Mbps support streaming and remote work needs.

• The primary renter must be 25 or older.

• Both patios offer lovely spots for morning coffee or evening wine — the Unit 381 patio catches beautiful afternoon sun.

• The community pool is open approximately May through October; it is closed during the cooler months.
