Beautiful Napa Resort-like Property with Pool and Spa - By Month Preferred

We have a beautiful Napa style home of 3,000 sq. ft. with a creekside setting, fruit trees, and one and 1/2 well landscaped acres. Stainless steel kitchen, dining room, wide open floor plan and amazing media room with state-of-the-art sound and video system. The home has a country casual interior with beautiful plaster walls, adobe style fireplace and piano. There are lots of windows looking out over a large park-like setting where we often see deer and peacocks. In addition to the master suite with king-sized bed, there are three separate bedrooms each with queen beds. The backyard includes a good sized pool, hot-tub for six, fire pit, giant Weber grill, outdoor table tennis, badminton, horseshoes, bikes.

Our house is on Napa's northwest city/county borderline, 7 minutes from downtown and major wineries within ten minutes of us to the west, south and north. Just a few minutes from our door, Rt. 29 and the Silverado trail start their route through the heart of wine country with over 250 wineries to choose from. One mile away are the Napa factory outlets for shopping. In addition to wine tasting, we are 83 Km from central San Francisco, and 74 Km from Muir Woods and the beautiful Marin coast. For fun, one can take a Ferry to San Francisco from the Vallejo Terminal 30 Km away. Gorgeous Lake Berryessa is 37 Km away with crystal clear warm waters and boat and jet ski rentals. The biking around here is world-class with many tour operators bringing in people from all destinations. The music scene in Napa is great with a Blue Note Jazz club, the 850 seat Uptown theater that hosts acts like Beck, Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg, along with plenty of smaller venues. Hikers have Skyline, Bothe and R.L. Stevenson State parks nearby with endless trails. Most of our restaurants tend to have their own herb and vegetable gardens and the dining scene here does keep up with the great wine scene. Our typical mediterranean climate tends to give us warm days and cool nights. We rent the property for a minimum of a month, but if you will not be using the entire month, we can adjust the price.
