First Floor Description

Entry way, two bedrooms (both new queen beds) share a luxurious hall bath, two bedrooms (king bed and 2 twins) that include ensuite baths, a spacious family room with an additional newly appointed full bath. This space, in addition being a beautifully furnished den with a TV has a separate door to the backyard gardens, and 2 queen beds built into a ship-like bunk. A great kids space. Full laundry set up on this floor as well.

Second Floor Description

The upside-down style upstairs offers an open living, dining, and kitchen with cathedral ceilings and lots of light. The modern chef's kitchen includes a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf cooktop, Miele ovens and granite counters. A large island with seating plus a dining room table offer many options. There is ample cabinet space and a pocket door to a large pantry with a separate freezer. The living room has a fireplace and a wet bar with an ice maker. There is a powder room at the top of the stairs. The dining area and kitchen offer large sliding doors to the second-floor deck, great for outdoor dining and entertaining. Master bedroom with king size bed (complete with new mattress) and sitting area; beautiful, tiled bath with double vanities and soaking tub, and large walk-in closet.
