The space
Spacious one bedroom apartment on 11th floor. There is a lift in the apartment so the guests don't have to use the stairs.
Beautiful city view both from the balcony and the rooftop terrace. Hot shower is always available. All taps in the house have hot water too. Guests are guaranteed a very comfortable stay with a well air-rated place.
Guest access
The entire space is available for the guests. Living room area and the bedroom are all accessible for the guests
Other things to note
The gate that separates the apartment to the NextGen mall is closed from 11p.m to 5p.m due to security reasons.
Guests must have a security card to access the building and the lift which is availed with the apartment keys. This is a security measure to curb non residents from accessing the building at any given time.
