All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

We chose the property because we loved the proximity to the water. It definitely delivered on tgat - we enjoyed being on the decks and on the dock to enjoy the water. However, we chose it over a similar property with a pool because it advertised access to a neighborhood pool, but the neighborhood pool was closed the whole time with no explanation. We also were a bit disappointed in the lack of toilet paper (there was only one roll per bathroom and we had to go buy toilet paper), no hand soap in any bathrooms, no hairdryers, and a very limited supply of towels with no beach towels for use on the dock or hot tub. These are just things that have been uniformly provided at every other VRBO property we have stayed at. Lastly, aside from the master bathroom the bathrooms next to the other bedrooms were extremely small, something we didn’t know because there were no pictures of them on the listing.

The house was beautiful, clean and close to everything. I would have bought it as my retirement home if I could afford it. The sound was steps away from the house and we caught crockers, spots and blue crabs every day. My son and daughter kayaked and tubed in the sound. I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental. LOVED IT!!!!
