Ocean Overlook at the Nags Head Pier

Ocean Overlook is a newly renovated oceanfront retreat located right at the Nags Head Pier. Originally built in the 1940s, this classic Outer Banks property has been completely refreshed while keeping the laid-back character that makes staying at the pier so special. The unit extends beyond the neighboring oceanfront homes, offering a unique vantage point overlooking the ocean the Nags Head Pier. We’re so excited to finally welcome guests!

The space
We want you to LOVE Ocean Overlook as much as we do! You’ll have the entire second floor of the cottage building located just west of the pier house to yourselves. It’s very spacious; a perfect place to vacation with your family or getaway with some friends. The unit extends beyond the neighboring homes so you're ocean views are uninterrupted to the south. The Ocean Overlook can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 single twin bed and 1 bunk with 2 twin beds

Bathrooms:
- Bathroom 1: En-suite with tile stall shower and a single vanity off of Bedroom 1
- Bathroom 2: Hall bathroom with tub/shower combo and single vanity
- Bathroom 3: Ocean-facing powder room

Outdoor Living:
- Private balcony

- Shared outdoor shower
- Beach gear: chairs and umbrella

Indoor Living:
- Linens, towels, beach towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body soap

- 10-person dining table
- Dedicated workspace

- Washer/dryer with laundry detergent

Kitchen:
- All major appliances including dishwasher
- Drip coffee maker (coffee provide), microwave
- Dishware and flatware
- Other basic kitchen cookware

Accessibility:
- Flight of stairs required to second-floor entrance

Parking:
- Guests will have dedicated parking spots for the flat

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire second floor flat via keyless entry. Below is a separate two bedroom unit, The Fish Tales, that can accommodate 4 guests if you need more space. You can find more information about this space by going to host profile!

Other things to note
The Ocean Overlook is steps from the Nags Head Pier, which is so much fun, and the party may go on into the night. We would love for you to be a part of the late night fun, but if you’re looking to turn in early, we offer earplugs and a sound machine.
