Create unforgettable beach vacations at Memory Maker, a spacious six-bedroom semi-oceanfront home in Nags Head designed for families looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the Outer Banks.

The home comfortably accommodates guests with six well-appointed bedrooms featuring two king beds, three queen beds, and two bunk bed sets that are ideal for children or young adults. Two of the bedrooms offer private en suite bathrooms and direct access to their own balconies, while several bathrooms include double vanities for added convenience.

The bright, open-concept living space showcases attractive flooring throughout and provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. The modern kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and everything needed to prepare meals, while the adjoining dining area is perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living room with its 65-inch television for movie night. The recreation room offers additional entertainment with a pool table, Xbox gaming on another 65-inch TV, and a cozy fireplace. Multiple sun and covered decks provide inviting spaces to enjoy morning sunrises, evening sunsets, and refreshing coastal breezes.

Outside, guests can cool off in the private 12' x 24' saltwater swimming pool or relax in the hot tub. The pool area also features an outdoor bar, sink, and shower, making it easy to enjoy time outdoors. A private sand play area in the backyard offers additional space for games and family fun.

Beach access is conveniently located across the street at the Sandspur Motel (approximately 125 feet north).

Dogs are welcome (maximum of two). A fully fenced dog run provides a safe outdoor area where your four-legged family members can enjoy fresh air and exercise. The enclosure includes a built in dog door, pet waste station and a decorative fire hydrant.

The private pool is available from the first week of May through the second week of October. Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool.

For added convenience, bed linens and towels are provided, and all beds will be made prior to your arrival.

Memory Maker is ideally situated near many of Nags Head's popular attractions, including local restaurants, shopping, fishing piers, the Wright Brothers National Memorial, and Jockey's Ridge State Park.

For security purposes, the property is equipped with two exterior Ring cameras—one monitoring the driveway and the other facing the side street.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 Cars, Private Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Pool Furniture, Large Fenced Sandy Play Area, Fenced Dog Run, Bar Area, Charcoal Grill, and Enclosed Outside Shower. There are five steps from ground to enter first level.

First Level: Large Covered Porch, Bedroom with Two Bunk Sets, Rec. Room w/Pool Table, Adjoining Den w/TV, Arcade Game, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower, Laundry, and Access to Poolside Patio.

Mid Level: 4 Bedrooms (Private Suite w/King, TV, Full Bath w/Tub/Shower and Covered Porch Access; 2 w/Queens, TV's and Covered Porch Access; 1 w/Queen and TV), Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower, 2 Covered Porches and Deck Furniture.

Top Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Ares, TV, Great Ocean Views, Sound Views, Bedroom w/King and TV, and Two Sun Decks w/Furniture. Fireplace is not available for guests.

No Smoking Allowed.

Up to two mature dogs are permitted for a fee of $150 per dog. Please inquire through property manager.

$69 Damage Waiver in sub-total is the premium for an accidental tenant damage insurance policy that covers up to $3000.

Optional Travel Insurance is available through property manager.

SIGNATURE OF PROPERTY MANAGER'S RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED

Payment Schedule: First payment is due upon signature of rental agreement. Final payment due 45 days prior to check-in.
