For those in the more sporting mood, the lower level comes outfitted with another large game room, featuring a pool table, wet bar, flat-screen TV, and access out to your family’s own fenced-in private pool and hot tub. If the mood to explore does strike a member of your family, beyond what’s located in walking distance of Dot's Dream, being at the 13.5 milepost offers the convenience of being located near many of the area's other top attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Visit the newly reconstructed Jennette's Pier to learn more about marine life. Enjoy shopping at one of the many unique shops and end your day with a wonderful Outer Banks sunset while dining on your favorite fresh seafood provided in one of our local restaurants. If you are feeling especially adventurous and fishing is your thing, take a ride over to Pirates Cove or Oregon Inlet Fishing Center’s to watch the fleet come in with the day’s catch. You can even take a quick spin over to Roanoke Island to check out the Historic Waterfront or Lost Colony in Manteo and even to the south end of the island to the secluded fishing village of Wanchese where the hit TV show “Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks” is filmed.
