This private home also includes a 2 car garage with a Tesla charger for EV vehicles, tv, stereo, bar and Wi-Fi Internet, with French glass doors that open to a beautiful landscape back yard with pergola and fire pit.

You will enjoy 3 floors of living space that offers an open floor plan with central air conditioning. The first floor has a newly updated and fully equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen which open to a dining & family room area with a queen-size pull out sofa bed, flat screen tv & stereo system. Along with a half bath and laundry room, there is a separate formal sitting room.

Porches adorn the front with rocking chairs, and back porch with table and chairs and propane gas grill for barbecuing, and an outdoor gazebo patio area with seating for Al Fresco dining and fire pit!

The 2nd floor consists of a primary bedroom with full bath, plush king size bed and flat screen tv. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor with queen size beds and another full bath.

The lower level walk out consist of another bedroom with a King size bed, large family room with TV, bar, and a newly renovated full bathroom with dual vanities. This can serve as a secondary primary suite.
