During your stay, you'll enjoy private access to the entire condo, including your own balcony, fully equipped kitchen, living and sleeping areas, and bathroom. You'll also have access to The Palace Resort's shared amenities, including direct beach access, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, and a 24-hour fitness room (ages 16+). Pool hours are 9 AM–11 PM, and resort-issued wristbands are required. Parking is available for up to two vehicles with the required Palace parking hangtags. Elevators provide convenient access to your 10th-floor retreat, and shared paid laundry facilities are located on every other floor. Resort amenities are shared with other residents and guests and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or other operational circumstances.

Unlike many studio rentals, this space features full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Beautiful granite countertops, ample cabinetry, a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and utensils make it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxing dinner.

**BY CAR:** We recommend having a vehicle if you plan to explore the Grand Strand. The resort offers parking for up to two vehicles with required parking hangtags. Popular destinations like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Broadway at the Beach, and The Market Common are just a short drive away.

**BY AIR:** Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is approximately 5–10 minutes away by car, making arrivals and departures convenient.

** RIDESHARE & TAXIS:** Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are available throughout Myrtle Beach, making it easy to explore without renting a car.

**PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:** Coast RTA provides local bus service throughout Myrtle Beach and surrounding communities. Routes and schedules can be found at coastrta.com.

The Palace Resort is a family-friendly oceanfront property with guidelines to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone. No pets (except service animals), parties, or smoking/vaping inside the condo or outside of the designated areas are permitted. Quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM. Parking is limited to two vehicles with required Palace hangtags. Pool wristbands are required, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please keep balconies tidy and never hang towels over railings. Resort amenities are shared and subject to availability.
