Tidewater Sol Sunny Coastal Escape + Golf Cart in Ocean Lakes

Welcome to “Tidewater Sol,” a sun-drenched coastal retreat, tucked inside Ocean Lakes Campground—a prime vacation spot! This house is just a short walk or ride to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Thoughtfully decorated with calming tones and a touch of turtle charm (for luck and longevity, of course), this 3 bedroom, 2-bath getaway includes a golf cart, WiFi, and all the comforts of home — just steps from the sand.

Off season months( April, May, September and October) we require a 3 night minimum and guests can check in any day of the week . Peak season ( June, July and August) we require weekly rentals Sunday through Sunday only.

This beach house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, oversized wrap-around deck, large living room with vaulted ceiling, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The bedrooms will accommodate 2 guests in each bedroom.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms inside the home. It's rare to find ground-level homes that have master bedrooms that feature a queen size bed and private master bathroom!

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is at the back of the house on the left side. This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 2 guests. The bed is on a raised bed frame that allows for luggage storage underneath. There is a ceiling fan and window for natural lighting. Guests will have access to a spacious closet, new dresser, new nightstands, Smart TV with cable, and access to a full-size bathroom. The bathroom features timeless charm with classic beadboard wainscoting and traditional finishes throughout including new vanity and countertop, new light fixture, and more.

Bedroom 2: This back-right bedroom has a double-bed—perfect for one guest, two kids, or even a couple looking for a cozy space. There is a ceiling fan and window for natural lighting. The bed is on a raised bed frame that allows for luggage storage underneath. Guests will have access to a Smart TV, and a full-size recently updated bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is a brand new addition . It has a new Twin XL bunk bed with premium mattresses on both the top and bottom bunk. A perfect spot for teen and adults alike to

Living Room: The living area is located immediately upon entering the house. The living room features multiple seating options, sofas, and an accent chair. Guests will have access to a smart TV with cable, coffee table, end tables, ceiling fan, windows that provide great natural lighting, and more. One of the sofas converts to a comfortable queen sleeper, which will allow this house to accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area was newly renovated in 2024.

The kitchen is just off the main living area and offers everything guests need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and a two-compartment sink. The recently updated cabinets, and full-size kitchen, bring a fresh coastal vibe to this functional space with plenty of added storage and seating.

Pack light! We provide our guests with towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bathmats. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible!

Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced. You must be on a list and have a pass to even enter the campground. This is a great thing! The strict entry rules combined with the numerous security personnel will make you feel SAFE at Ocean Lakes Campground.
** Parking permits, obtained at the park Office, allow you authorized entrance and access to amenities to the park during your stay. Permits are $15 a day (per vehicle) and must be displayed in the windshield for security to observe.

This beach house is in a prime location in Ocean Lakes. Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. This property is also only two blocks from the beach; a short walk or two-minute golf cart ride! Once you have obtained your parking passes and proceed through the security gate, take the first road on the right. Follow that road until the very end and take a left onto Neptune road. Go to the second stop sign, continue straight, and Tidewater Sol is the third house on the right (Site 1526). We recommend using this same path when exiting to avoid getting lost!
