You will have the Best Vacation when you stay at The Beach House. The Beach House is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom Vacation Rental that is STEPS to the beach! This Home is a very short walk (0.2 miles to be exact) to The Pier at Garden City, A small Mini Market, Sam's Corner (Great Food), Causeway Pizza, Garden City Beach Bar and Grill, Ice cream Shops and Arcades. This home offers an array of amenities for Everyone including an Updated kitchen, Private Pool, Hot Tub, Washing Machine and Dryer, and everything else you need for a relaxing stay at The Beach.

Each Bedroom has its own flat screen tv (all smart TVs) If you would like you may sign into Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Etc. with your own accounts but please remember to sign out when you check out so that it won't be available for the next guest to use.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Stainless Steel Appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender, Breakfast Bar with seating for 3.

The backyard features a 12-by-19-foot Private Swimming Pool, Brand New Hot Tub that overlooks the Marsh, Firepit, Outdoor Gas Grill, Shower, and Ample Parking (some covered).

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels (For a Fee), ceiling fans, central heating, air conditioning, self-check-in, Keyless lock System (you will get a code before check in)

DISCLOSURE- Due to the great location (On the marsh) Occasionally at High Tide the street does flood but it normally does not last very long. The High/Low Tide Chart is posted on the fridge.
Also due to the area being coastal, you will on occasion have a palmetto bug outside or even inside of the house we have pest control but these creeps still make their way inside. If you see one kindly kill it or release it outside.

Marsh is not navigable to ocean by boat. There is no water in the Marsh at low tide.

No smoking. No pets

1) There is absolutely no smoking anywhere in the house. Any smoking inside will result in additional fees.

2) No parties. Any parties will result in cancellation of the reservation and immediate removal from the property with no refund for unused nights.

3) If there are children in the party they are not allowed to be in the pool area without adult supervision (I know this is a given but I have to say it)

4) There are stairs In the property as it is a two story house. Please keep that in mind if you have small children.

5) Do NOT move any furniture. Feel free to move outside deck chairs and pool chairs but do not move any inside furniture.

4) Please put dirty towels in the laundry room at checkout. No need to take off sheets or pillowcases. My cleaning crew will care of that.

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Café, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

Whatever your desire, whatever your need, the south strand offers a little something on everyone's to-do list. We have a variety of restaurants, retail stores, miniature golf, entertainment venues, charter fishing, water sports... and of course, nothing but relaxation.
