The Space:

suite offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two plush queen sized beds. Completely renovated in 2024, this suite has been thoughtfully updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh coastal paint, granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, a granite bathroom vanity, modern lighting, and stylish beach-inspired furnishings. The result is a bright, welcoming space where you can unwind after a fun filled day on the Grand Strand.



As you enter the suite, you'll immediately notice the open layout designed to maximize both comfort and the incredible ocean views. The sleeping area features two comfortable queen sized beds dressed in fresh linens, a dresser for clothing storage, and a flat screen TV with cable so you can relax with your favorite shows after a day at the beach. Complimentary WiFi is also provided throughout your stay.



One of the highlights of this suite is the private oceanfront balcony. Start your morning with a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the Atlantic, spend the afternoon enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze, or unwind in the evening as the sound of the waves fills the air. If you're lucky, you may even spot dolphins swimming just offshore, a favorite experience among many of our guests.



The kitchenette offers everything needed to prepare light meals and snacks during your stay. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and silverware. If cooking isn't on the agenda, Myrtle Beach is home to hundreds of restaurants just minutes away, and convenient delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make enjoying a meal in your room just as easy.



The updated bathroom features a shower and tub combination, granite vanity, large mirror, and plenty of space to get ready for the day. Fresh towels, washcloths, bedding, and linens are provided, along with a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival.



Located directly on the oceanfront, the Tides Building places you just steps from the sandy beaches of Myrtle Beach. Spend your days soaking up the sunshine, searching for seashells, or taking long walks along the shoreline before returning to the comfort of your private suite.



You'll also enjoy a fantastic central location, just minutes from many of Myrtle Beach's most popular attractions, including the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Market Common, Myrtle Beach International Airport, championship golf courses, shopping, live entertainment, miniature golf, fishing, and countless restaurants.



Please note that while this privately owned condo has been beautifully renovated, portions of the Sea Mist property reflect the age of the resort. Direct beach access remains available, along with select on-site amenities such as the arcade and dining options. The waterpark located across the street and the on-site theater are not included with this rental. Additionally, resort swimming pools are currently unavailable for guest use, and no reopening date has been announced.
