Work is expected to begin on or around October 8, 2026, and the overall project is anticipated to take approximately 8–10 weeks, subject to site and environmental conditions. Work areas include residential corridors throughout North Tower, lower-level lobby and vending area, lower-level stairwell, cart room and other designated corridor areas. What Renters Should Expect: Normal working hours will be approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Noise from carpet removal, concrete grinding, and surface preparation. Some dust and temporary construction activity in the work areas. Noticeable odors while the coating system is being applied and curing. Barricades and temporary restrictions around active or newly coated areas. Temporary changes to normal access while work is directly outside a unit. The system is designed to return to pedestrian traffic within a matter of hours, but the actual reopening time will depend on site and environmental conditions. Please do not enter a restricted area it has reopened. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between October – December 2026, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ***

    This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has wonderful views of the ocean from the 8th floor private oceanfront balcony. This unit can accommodate a total of 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 1 bunk bed with a queen on the bottom, twin on top & twin trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom. This unit is in the North Tower of Ocean Creek Resort and features luxury vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout, updated furniture, a fully equipped kitchen that has been remodeled, along with updated bathrooms, in unit washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi & cable TV.

    Ocean Creek Resort is a beautiful oceanfront property located on the north end of Myrtle Beach situated directly across from Barefoot Landing shopping and entertainment center. Located on 57-acres, this Myrtle Beach resort features 24-hour gated security, beautiful grounds perfect for biking and walking, multiple pools, on-site dining and more. The space was as described and the building and amenities were as well. The quality of towels and linen was a bit below what I expect for the cost of our 5 night stay, but the two beach chairs were a nice to have.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo in Myrtle Beach! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was such a relaxing experience. The location was ideal right across the street from barefoot Landing, which had shops and restaurants a nice walking paths Will absolutely return again to this condo 10 out of 10 experience

Ideal location. Quick 3 minute walk and your toes are in the sand. Barefoot landing was an easy walk as well. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

I am going to give you the most honest review I can.. First, I can't express enough how wonderful this Condo is. Amazing 8th Floor Ocean Front View!!! A very large and balcony with beautiful sun rises and sunsets. The Unit itself is very clean and well taken care of.. So many modern updates made this a very pleasant stay. If you are looking for an affordable, enjoyable vacation this is one I would grab time and time again. We did have an issue with the living room TV not working when we arrived but Maintenance was there in no time at all and had it working quickly. We didn't spend much time watching it though as We enjoyed nightly walks on the beach instead. I would grab this unit every time we visit Ocean Creek Resort if possible.. Here's hoping you find the enjoyment and excitement we did! Thank-You for this wonderful stay!!!

Property is a little run down but overall it is in good shape. There is no internet service that we could connect to. The television services are average at best and we couldn't figure out how to sign in to our Netflix account in the living room area. I wasn't sure where to take the trash and there were no directions listed on site on where to take it so I assumed the cleaning personnel took care of that, but it should be easy to have directions posted on the door of where to empty trash. There was no ice in the freezer and no trays to make our own. We parked in a handicapped parking spot by the front door and that was convenient for my wife who has trouble walking. We never used the pool but it was nice that it was available. The overall area is beautiful and the view from the unit was excellent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented this property many times and are always pleased. The owner should replace the battered drapes that were removed from the glass doors to keep out sun and heat and the draft in cooler weather.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is beautiful and clean! Everything about checking in and out was easy. The view was fabulous!!! The location is outstanding! I only wished the construction wasn’t going on constantly but, I understand the older buildings need renovations.

The unit was clean and amenities were all really nice. The bed was a particular pleasure. Slept great during visit. View was fantastic. Nothing to do with unit/owners but app. 80% of parking for tower was blocked off for 'repairs/update to building. Had to park at top of hill.Overall stay was very nice. Would recommend to others.

Pleased with the location and general condition of the property. My only complaint was the floors not being properly cleaned and a partial refund on the cleaning charge, while appreciated, I would have expected the situation to be rectified since the complaint was filed the first full day of our vacation.

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony were spectacular! Our guest could have used a little more room in the guest bedroom. Queen bed with bunk overtop is ok for children, but tight for two adults to sleep on the queen. Unit was clean and very conveniently located on the beach. We would stay again.

Beach getaway

It was a great value for the money. At most you can fit 5 people. We have older children and trying to fit all 4 of them and us made for a tight spot. It was a great location and the beach was not crouded. We really did enjoy our time there.
