HOUSE RULES

• Primary Guest – The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for all guests and visitors.

• Smoking – This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is permitted only on the private balcony.

• Sand – When leaving the beach, please use the outdoor showers near the walkway to rinse sand from your feet, shoes, and beach chairs before entering the building.

SOUTH HAMPTON BUILDING RULES

• Vehicle Pass – Kingston Plantation is a gated community. A vehicle pass will be provided at the entrance gate and must remain clearly visible inside your vehicle throughout your stay.

• Balcony – Do not hang towels, bathing suits, clothing, or other belongings over the balcony railings.

• Noise – Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loud music is not permitted on the balcony.

• Pets – Guests are not permitted to bring pets into the unit or anywhere on the South Hampton premises.

• Trash – Trash must be placed directly into the designated trash chute located at the end of the corridor. Never leave trash outside the unit or in the corridor.

VIOLATIONS AND FINES

• Violations of either the condo rules or South Hampton building rules may result in charges or fines. The primary guest is responsible for any charges or fines caused by members of their group or their visitors.
