The Space:

Discover your perfect beachfront escape at Oceans One Resort, where stunning, unobstructed ocean views from your balcony are paired with the convenience of being just steps from the beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, the Boardwalk, Splashes Waterpark, and the 2nd Ave Pier—with the airport only a short drive away. The resort also offers a wide array of amenities for you and your entire crew to enjoy!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Living Area: Plenty of seating. Murphy pull out bed. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom: 2 queen beds. TV.



Bathroom: Upgraded shower.



Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanview. Spacious!



Beach: Just a short walk through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private in unit machines are available.



Resort Amenities: Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pools, Indoor / Outdoor Hot Tubs, Outdoor Lazy River, Ice and Vending Machines. HOA owned and operated.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. Although RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING, we are just a phone call away to help with any maintenance issues or other concerns that may arise during your stay.

The unit is located in Oceans One Resort - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach.

Getting Around:

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.



Routine pest control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
