Corner Oceanfront Property avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Vues sud et est pour toujours depuis le 11e étage. Au sud, les lumières vives de Myrtle Beach (y compris des vues de feux d'artifice à l'occasion) et à l'est, le lever du soleil et la plage. Lit King dans le Master et Queen dans la deuxième chambre: deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre; Nous avons également un lit Queen EZ que vous pouvez installer où vous le souhaitez. Notre lit EZ essentiel fait que les clients se sentent vraiment les bienvenus. Prenez simplement ce lit d'invité ingénieusement conçu dans le placard, branchez-le et il se gonfle automatiquement en moins de 3 minutes.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de la vaisselle, de l'argenterie, des ustensiles de cuisine et bien sûr tous les appareils du quotidien.

Quelque chose à propos de notre bâtiment Arcadian II

Nous sommes une tour plus petite; Oui, seulement 6 condos par étage. Il n'attend pas longtemps l'ascenseur. Pas de course le matin pour garder vos chaises longues à la piscine. Ces problèmes ne sont jamais un problème dans notre immeuble car nous avons beaucoup de chaises longues et d'excellents ascenseurs. Oh et pas de mauvais emplacements dans ce bâtiment car tous sont en bord de mer.

Le court de tennis est disponible la plupart du temps mais sinon vous pouvez le réserver.
Notre porte arrière est à seulement 25 mètres de la plage! Grand parking avec des espaces à proximité de l'entrée! Chariots Bellmen près de la porte d'entrée pour vous aider à faire entrer et sortir vos bagages.

La section Arcadian Shores est située entre Myrtle et North Myrtle Beach dans le comté de Horry non constitué en société. Notre adresse est à Myrtle Beach mais à une petite distance de la foule. Si vous aimez la foule à l'occasion, le restaurant est à 2 minutes. L'atterrissage aux pieds nus est à 5 minutes en voiture et Broadway à la plage à environ 15 minutes.

The condo was great and the kids loved it so much! It is very spacious and well stocked of all our needs. The temporary storage for our beach chairs and toys was an added bonus so we did not have to bring it up and down each day. The pool was nice and clean as was all of the outside property. I highly recommend staying here. I am glad we found the netting to go across the balcony railing with our littles, I gave us a more secure feeling. We enjoyed the picnic tables too with low country boil. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, poorly taken care of unit

This is our second year staying at Arcadian II, with same management company but a different unit. Last years unit was already booked so we decided to try this one. We love the location and how quiet and away from the hustle and bustle it is - Perfect spot for a family looking to have a laid back beach vacation. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the complex and unit itself this year. The unit still had food in the fridge from previous guests, there were balls of hair in the bedding, dust all over furniture that you could tell hadn’t been wiped down in the past year at least, found old guests hairbrushes, socks, etc under furniture, bottom of shower curtain in main bath was extremely dirty, and balcony window was so dirty that I had to wipe the side panels myself just to see out clearly. Maintenance wise, the air vent intakes were stained and dirty, walls were half painted, and the hallway door was broken (safety hazard to my 1.5 year old so we just had to pull it off and prop against the wall). We asked Frank if netting could be put on the balcony railing for safety and was happy to see that he was able to accommodate our request - I felt much better knowing the balcony was safe for her. Pros: Frank is very responsive and washer/dryer on each floor is very convenient. Cons: Unit just REALLY needs some deep cleaning and maintenance.

Weekend Get Away

We checked in on Friday and left on Monday. Our stay was great. Corner condo had a great view of the ocean and beach. We were on the 11th floor, and thank goodness the elevator was working! One time we did have to go up 11 flights as the elevator wasn't working but it was fixed promptly. The unit has all necessary utensils and cookware needed. We could have used more towels but we made due. There is no washer and dryer in the unit but there is one on the floor. It is a pay washer and dryer. One cabinet door was missing in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would come back.

Very easy process, good communication and very nice place. My only suggestion is it get a deep clean, very dusty and garbage cabinet area in kitchen had lots of crud in it, old wrappers, etc. so that is my suggestion, although it did not take away from very nice accommodations.

Making memories overshadow

I had a great time with family. It allowed me to not dwell on the not-so pleasantries. Pros: The location was perfect. It was quiet and spacious. The bedding appeared fresh and clean. The kitchen was upgraded and provided lots of counter space. Cons: The space smelled "old" or as if the space was closed up for an extended period of time. The bathroom floor was in need of deep scrubbing, shower curtains needed replacing due to grime build up. With the exception of the kitchen the other rooms were outdated. Not a big deal because fresh paint can do wonders. The air vents needed dusting. The door jab needs replacing. The door lock isn't very secure. I had to use a chair in front of the door to ensure it wouldn't be easily accessed.

The property was okay it needs some tender loving care, the walls needed much painting, some updated furniture. The master bath light fixtures needs work, but overall the family and I enjoyed our time together would I come back to this property again probably not.

Our week stay at Arcadian2

First off I want to say, absolutely stunning, it looks like you can walk into the ocean from your balcony on the11th floor. There is absolutely nothing obstructing your view here. Having the corner unit is amazing because there's a whole side of rooms that actually have more windows and sliders to enjoy the view. It was quiet, serene and close to everything you could want to do In the area. We even took a quick jaunt to North Carolina, went on the Southport ferry to Fort Fisher, saw some lighthouses and went to Wilmington to meet some friends for dinner. An easy day trip.The only thing that was slightly annoying was every 6 to 10 hours, I want to say, you had to re-sign in to the network, but I'm grateful that the network was available.The security was amazing, the pool was clean and the ocean was steps away. A definite rebooking if traveling here again.

Great location for families!

Arcadian area was perfectly located for relaxing beach and family time. Beach was not crowed and pool area was quiet. Property is older well establish property with great amenities. Has public ice machine that was located on ground floor on the way to -oil or beach. Elevators were quick, never waited for one. There is on site security which was a nice added touch. They monitored pool area and entrance, giving us a extra level of comfort. Our property was clean and all appliances work efficiently. Could use some TLC and updates but was a pleasant overall stay! Working w property manager Frank was a true pleasure. He was responsive to our booking and arrival needs. Did not have any issues during our stay that required his attention but I feel certain he would have been on top of it Thank you!

Love the Arcadian II - 11F could use a few upgrades

We loved having a 3 bedroom apartment and the furnishings were a little worn, but perfectly adequate since we spent most of our time outside and weren’t staring at the furniture! 😂 We loved that there was netting already cut to the size of the balcony to protect our grandchildren from falling through. Thanks! The 2 couches and overstuffed chair with ottoman gave us enough room to comfortably seat all 5 of us (And lounge around) and even more when our family from another floor came in to visit! Those blankets were so soft!! Kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs! Just two suggestions: a curved shower curtain bar in the hall bathroom and maybe 2 more chairs at the kitchen table. We did find folding chairs in the closet so it worked! Also, we’ve been coming here off and on over 15 years and only this year experienced a need to call in order to fix a kitchen plumbing problem. We called in the evening and there was a knock at the door at 9:00 am the next morning. Within 30 minutes it was done! We love staying here and feel like the Arcadian is such a perfect place! It is never crowded like the huge resorts!

Our August 2019 Trip

The building is not large so there was no problem parking within 150 feet from the lobby and there is no long waits for the elevator. The pool area spotless and the pool was very good size. There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables with with shade. There is also an outdoor gas grill and tables in another are overlooking the beach and this area was also spotless. The views are the best... From balcony endless view of beach in both directions and of course your only 200 feet from the ocean. The apartment was spotless and the bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen was more than adequate for a vacation property. Was a little disappointed that laundry existed with coin op washer and dryer in common area by elevator on each floor.
