The Space:
This cozy 15th floor, oceanfront condo located in Meridian Plaza is the perfect place to relax and recharge! Let's dive in to the details...

Bedroom:
The bedroom features a comfy, new king bed with new 12-inch mattress, plush duvet, cable TV, full closet, dresser and two beach chairs. Linens are provided. Everything you need for a comfortable, easy stay.

Kitchen:
Despite dozens of restaurants being a stone's throw away, the kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers (bowl filters provided), toaster, pots & pans, plenty of dishes and a large peninsula with four swivel bar stools. - everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. A starter set of trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, dish towels and sponge are provided.

Living Room:
There is an open concept main living space with a combined kitchen and living room overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the sunrise, waves, dolphin, electric fireplace, TV and queen sleeper sofa all from the living room.
The balcony has two Adirondack chairs and million dollar, direct views of the Atlantic Ocean where we occasionally see whales in the winter and dolphin year round!

Bathroom:
The spacious bathroom features a large vanity, tub/shower and commode. Towels, hair dryer and a starter set of toilet tissue, hand soap, bar soap and shampoo are provided.

Resort Amenities:
Enjoy all the wonderful amenities Meridian has to offer, including both indoor and outdoor heated pools, spas, and new deck furniture for ultimate relaxation. The oceanfront lawn features plenty of seating, tables, and umbrellas for an enjoyable beachside experience.
Additional amenities include a multi-level parking garage, 24-hour secured building entrances, and onsite laundry facilities.

Parking:
Guests may park in the parking garage located directly across the street from the resort. The height clearance of the garage is 6'11". There are a few parking spaces for oversized vehicles. Resort policy allows for one parking space per condo. Motorcycles are allowed to park in the parking garage; however, trailers and golf carts are not.

Resort Location:
Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great restaurants & bars, Starbucks, ice cream shops, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, several golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls.

As a host, I take great pride in maintaining the properties I own and manage. I deeply value the time and investment guests make to enjoy a well-deserved getaway, and while I can’t promise perfection, I always strive for it. My hope is that every guest feels relaxed, cared for, and truly enjoys their time here. My properties are professionally maintained with a focus on both comfort and safety. Guest Access:
The resort offers two step-free entrances that are locked 24 hours/day and may be accessed with a four digit code which guests will receive on their arrival day. Guests may use any of the resort's amenities, common areas, elevators, and laundromat. The condo has a keyless lock that requires a code for entry which guests will also receive on arrival day.

There aren't any stairs required for entry into the building or condo; however, the condo's hallways, doorways and bathroom facilities may not be wheelchair accessible.

The Neighborhood:
So much to do (and eat!) within walking distance of this condo! The Convention Center is less than a half mile away. Starbucks, Hot Tomatoes, SOHO, bagel shops, Tin Roof, Harry's, Donald's, Sea Captain's House and more - all within a few short blocks - eat your heart out!

Getting Around:
Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great restaurants & bars, Starbucks, ice cream shops, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, several golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls. There are several Uber and Lyft drivers in Myrtle Beach. Most attractions are just a short walk away, so you can easily explore the area without needing a rental car—perfect for guests who love to take in the sights on foot!

Other Things to Note:
We do not have a washing machine or dryer inside the condo; however, the resort offers a pay-per-use laundromat onsite adjacent to the indoor pool. The machines accept coin payment as well as payments using an app.

The City of Myrtle Beach is currently completing a stormwater improvement project designed to better filter and reroute runoff away from the beach. The work is taking place in front of the neighboring resort (not on Meridian Plaza property) and is expected to continue into 2026.
While this is a positive, long-term improvement for Myrtle Beach, guests may occasionally notice daytime construction activity or noise, primarily on weekdays. That said, guests have not reported this as disruptive, which you’ll see reflected in our reviews.
