This was the property from hell; when me and my children arrived the front of the building was demolished and unrecognizable, the hotel staff had no clue that the hotel is booked as Ocean Inn so we had to wait for them to figure out what hotel we were supposed to be at in which they called it Captains Quarters, staff then called security to escort us to the hotel entrance who said they didnt know anything about that or how to assist. Once they figured that out the balcony door wouldnât lock. It was clearly off track bc in my attempt to lock it I could pick it up and move it. Maintenance was called to fix the door at 12:30a and we waited 35-50 minutes on resolve. The next morning I went to shower and it didnât work. I called front desk multiples times with no answer. I ended up hitting my highs and lows in the sink and the pipes were leaking. I checked out early and ended up missing out on what we drove 4 hours for which was the beach because we couldnât shower after bc that was a horrible mess.
