Please note that the HOA allows only one group to check in per week. Please request your preferred dates and we will respond promptly, usually within an hour.

From May 1 through Labor Day, stays of 7 nights or more are preferred, depending on availability. We will do our best to accommodate your requested dates.

The entire house is yours to enjoy. The home has two stories above the ground level. A staircase leads from the ground level to the first floor, where you’ll find the primary suite and main living area. Another staircase leads to two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom.

Motorcycle, Trailer, and Golf Cart Parking

Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted on the property.

If you need parking for one of these, Calli Baker’s Firehouse, a restaurant/bar located nearby, offers parking spaces that may be rented daily, weekly, or monthly. Please contact them directly for availability and pricing.

Guest Access

You will have the entire house to yourself.

You will also have access to the community swimming pool, free covered parking underneath the house, and the nearby beach.

Pets and Service Animals

The HOA does not allow pets.

Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws and HOA requirements. If you are traveling with a service animal, please let us know what work or tasks the animal has been trained to perform.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and for any damage caused by the animal.

Hurricane and Tropical Storm Policy

Hurricanes and tropical storms can affect the Atlantic coast and may disrupt travel plans.

Reservations canceled before a storm makes landfall may not qualify for a refund under this property's cancellation terms. Forecasts can change significantly, and we cannot guarantee that a predicted storm will affect the property.

If a Category 1–5 hurricane makes landfall within 25 miles of the property, a refund may be provided for the day before landfall, the day of landfall, and the two days following landfall, calculated on a prorated basis based on the reservation dates and total rental amount.

Tropical storms do not qualify for a refund under this policy unless the property's electricity is out for more than 24 consecutive hours.

Additional days may qualify for a refund if roads or the surrounding area are officially impassable or closed, the property is damaged and unsafe for guests, and/or electricity remains unavailable.

Please note that Airbnb's cancellation and extenuating-circumstances policies may also apply. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge these property-specific terms to the extent permitted by Airbnb's policies.
