Our condo is less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, and many tourist attractions. Waterway Village has both an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and putting green, all within a short walk from the condo.

This condo is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an oversized, screened-in porch. The master bedroom features a king bed, two dressers for storage, TV with cable, night stands on either side of the bed, closet for extra storage, window with natural lighting, ceiling fan, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bath has been recently updated and is a completely different space! The bathroom has been completely modernized, with a fully-tiled walk in shower, rainfall showerhead AND detachable head for added convenience, as well as a brand new vanity countertop with separate sinks and mirrors.

The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right upon entering the condo. The guest bedroom features 2 twin-size beds, dresser, TV with cable, night stand, closet for storage, ceiling fan, and window for natural light.

The guest bathroom is located just outside of the guest bedroom and features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and oversized mirror.

Making our way through the condo, guests will find the newly renovated fully-stocked kitchen centrally located and features new granite counter tops, beautiful new cabinetry, double-compartment sink, new full-size stainless steal appliances such as a full size stove, fridge, freezer, dish washer, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are hundreds of award-winning restaurants within a 10 minute drive of Waterway Village. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, and for those who prefer to stay in, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular options!

The combined living room and dining room are located just off of the kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa allowing for a maximum of 6 guests to sleep in this condo comfortable, accent chairs, TV, modern decor, coffee table, as well as access to the private balcony over looking the golf course. The dining area includes a dinner table with chairs.

The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. This apartment is tastefully decorated and the modern decor & furnishings really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The private balcony is perfect! Many guests have sent photos of some colorful sunsets and sunrises.

Guests will also love the convenience of having a washer and dryer located in the unit!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent packets, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi.

Waterway Village is an inland community that features indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, putting green, golf course views, basketball court, fishing pier, boat dock, tennis courts, and easy access to the beach and so much more. This condo is only 4 miles from the MYR International Airport and even closer to the Coastal Grand Mall. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions including Broadway on the Beach, and Barefoot Landing, shopping, outlets, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!
