We are on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator and luggage carts available.

It should be noted that a 24 hour warranty is provided by the cleaning company. Within 24hours of Occupancy it is expected that any cleaning issues would be noted. If any issues are noted, within that 24 hour time period, than you may contact the owner. After the 24hr time period the cleaning warranty is void. Also all early check-in void the warranty. Due to final inspection not having been completed. It is the due diligence of the guest to complete the actual physical inspection with the 24hr time period. Also note that 24hr time period runs consecutively with standard check in times based on the date the guest check-in. There is a 10$ gate entry fee per day for your stay.
