Rental Terms & House Rules

• Minimum stay: 3 nights

• Peak season (May through Labor Day): Saturday to Saturday rentals only

• No pets

• No smoking on the property (indoors or outdoors)

• Renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay

• Parking pass required through Ocean Lakes: $15 per vehicle, per night (paid directly to Ocean Lakes)


Please Note: A golf cart is not included with this rental, but they are available to rent directly through Ocean Lakes.
