Please Note: This unit has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests. If found to exceed this limit, a charge of $250 per additional guest, per day will be applied and guests may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Location:
Arcadian Dunes is ideally located just off Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach, within walking distance to the beach. The community offers a peaceful setting with close proximity to popular attractions including Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Restaurant Row, the Apache Pier, and numerous golf courses. Whether you're here to relax or explore, everything is just minutes away.

Property Rules:
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No Motorcycles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, Golf Carts or side-by-sides are allowed on property.
No fireworks are allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking zones. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
Payment Policy: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Resort Fee
A $20 per day resort fee is required and paid directly to Arcadian Dunes upon check-in. This fee grants access to all resort amenities, including pools, hot tub, and shared facilities.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in a charge of $250 per guest, per day, and may result in immediate eviction.
