This beautifully renovated family friendly home is the perfect choice for your beach vacation. It boasts amazing sunrise views over the ocean, which can be seen from all its spacious decks and two of the upper-level bedrooms. There is plenty of seating for all to enjoy the ocean view. Enjoy the convenience of eating in with the fully equipped kitchen where you will also find dishes, utensils, pots and pans, waffle maker, coffee maker and Keurig. The large indoor dining table has seating for 8, and the living room comfortably seats 10. Wifi is provided as well as Roku TVs found in the living room and each of the 4 bedrooms. The main level has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub shower combo. The upper level hosts the master suite with a king bed, two decks, and full bath with a large stunning walk-in shower. You will find another king bed in the second bedroom from which you can view the sunrise over the ocean and enjoy access to the upper covered deck. The third bedroom sleeps 4 in one full size bed and set of bunk beds. Another full bath with walk in shower is available for these two bedrooms. The main level is equipped with a complete washer/dryer set and also provides towels and linens for your stay. A gas grill, 3 tables, a swing, and parking for two are available on the ground level.

This home is perfectly located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground with access to all its amenities. It is just steps from the beach, playground, shuffleboard courts, corn hole, basketball courts, and volleyball court. In fact, you can view some of these while relaxing on the deck. It is a short 5-minute walk or quick golf cart ride to the waterpark, pools, mini golf, arcade, activities center, store, and restaurant. Golf cart rentals are available through the campground or other outside providers. Surfside Beach, Walmart, and various other stores and restaurants are all a short golf cart ride away just outside the campground.

• This is a family-oriented home. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home and remain at the home throughout the entire stay. All Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules apply during your stay. 24 hour security and wireless internet connection within the campground.

• Our property is under outdoor video surveillance 24/7.

• The owner requests all renters to help maintain the cleanliness of the home by removing their shoes at the door. This prevents sand from being carried into the home.

• Maximum number of guests is 10.

• Ocean Lakes requires a $12 per day parking fee for each vehicle to be paid at the registration center before entering the campground.

• Trailers must be parked in the trailer storage area (additional fees do apply with Ocean Lakes).
