GUEST ACCESS
✷ GENERAL: The whole house is yours, except a locked storage closet for owner supplies. Self check-in with a keypad; your code arrives 3 days before arrival.

✷ PARKING: Two spaces: #316 in front of the house plus any unassigned space. Every car needs a parking pass on the dashboard (extra passes are in the welcome binder). No trailers.

✷ POOL: Shared with the homes in Gulf Stream Cottages and not heated. Children under 14 need an adult with them.

✷ WORK FROM HOME: 400 Mbps WiFi throughout, with a desk in each bedroom.

✷ KIDS AND GROUPS: There's a twin bunk bed and a rollaway. A crib and high chair are not provided.

✷ DISCOUNTS: Weekly and monthly stays are discounted.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
✷ Bed linens and bath towels are included. Please bring beach towels.
✷ The kitchen is fully equipped but not stocked with food or coffee. Walmart Neighborhood Market is one block away.
✷ Trash pickup is early Monday morning. If you're here Sunday night, roll the cans to the street behind the house.
✷ Sleeps up to 7. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM. No pets, smoking, vaping or parties.
✷ Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
