For your convenience, a coffee maker is provided, so you can start each morning with a fresh cup, whether you choose to sip it in the comfort of your condo or take it to the private balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Two bedside tables with lamps provide added convenience, and the room also features a private seating area with plush accent chairs, creating an inviting space for reading or just taking in the stunning views. Guests in this room will enjoy direct access to the private balcony, where they can take in breathtaking ocean vistas and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing below.

The second bedroom is equally charming, with a cozy queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. The bed frame features built-in drawers for extra storage, and the room is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and a private closet for your convenience. This room also enjoys access to the balcony, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the serene ocean views.

Both bathrooms offer a high level of comfort and style. The first bathroom features a gorgeous, tiled standing shower with a rainfall showerhead and a detachable handheld showerhead, creating a spa-like experience. We also supply essential starter toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner, ensuring that everything you need is readily available.

Please note that this condo has a minimum age requirement of 25. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. This is a strictly enforced policy by the HOA, and reservation holders under the age of 25 risk being fined, or evicted from the property.

Our guests unfortunately do not have access to the indoor pool in the North Hampton building, or the Splash Pad.
