Luxury Oceanfront Studio Sea Mist Resort 20907 King Suite 9th Floor

Wow! Check out this completely renovated oceanfront studio located at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. the homeowner spared no expense on this studio apartment and it is easily one of the most beautiful condos at the entire resort.

After a $25,000 renovation, this vacation rental features some of the most luxurious updates. To start, the flooring was replaced with a moisture resistant, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the entire apartment has been repainted. This is one of the only condos that features custom, recessed lighting, as well as brand new light fixtures. This glorified hotel room offers modern, high-end, luxury furniture made from solid wood. The bed is king sized and has a color-changing LED headboard. Other accents include a freestanding mirror, Belgain rugs, iron and ironing board, and so much more!

Guests love being able to relax on the sofa and listen to the ocean! Directly across from the bed and sofa there is a built-in, 50 inch fireplace with LED color changing lights. Above the fireplace, guests will enjoy a brand new 65 inch Samsung smart TV. The tiled wall is a beautiful focal point within the apartment. Between the fireplace and balcony, a very nice dresser and mirror are available for our guests to use.

The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and features new cabinetry, sink, faucet, and appliances. All appliances are stainless steel and full size. The backsplash is porcelain tile. A brand new glass-top dining table and chairs are located just beside the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.

The bathroom is located to the right just as soon as you enter the condo. The bathroom has been completely updated and features some gorgeous updates! The shower is a custom walk in shower that features polished porcelain tile from Italy. The floors in the bathroom are tile as well.

This apartment is perfect for 3 guests. The king bed will accommodate 2 guests, and the sofa will convert to a twin bed for 1 additional guest. Please remember that the minimum age to book is 21.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

The smell of drugs was prevalent within the build and all around the reception and local area. Do not stay here ... When the uber drivers refuse to pick up from this place or advise you where to bug out to if you need to you know you're in trouble. Room was filthy and uncleaned on our arrival (previous tenant should demand the cleaning fee back - i have photo's) . Bedding did not fit the bed, sheets and pillow cases. No hot water on the first day, electrical issue on day three that lasted for 24hrs, fridge shutdown spoiling perishables, microwave and bathroom outlets did not work. Internet did not work for entire 4 days stay, support said volume of users which was not the case we tried to connect continuously without success even though SSID and pw was correct, then they said it was a known issue - which never got resolved. Refurbishment was clearly last season and had not been maintained in good condition.

Unsafe location and building, completely misrepresented from pictures. No power in arcade, no water in lazy river, horrible smell in lobby. Not safe for children!

The condo’s interior upgrades were great, and as pictured. The building itself is fairly dated, but the oceanfront views were amazing. We had a couple of issues checking in and management was responsive and receptive to feedback.
