NouveautĂ© du programme Luxury Beach Rentals, cette suite situĂ©e au 11Ăšme Ă©tage est situĂ©e en bord de mer et offre une vue spectaculaire sur l’Atlantique bleu depuis la chambre principale, le salon, la cuisine et le balcon. Le maĂźtre dispose d'un lit king size, d'une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et d'une entrĂ©e privĂ©e sur le balcon principal et d'une salle de bains avec double vasque, douche Ă  l'italienne et immense baignoire romaine. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit king, la troisiĂšme chambre a un lit king qui peut ĂȘtre converti en deux lits jumeaux sur demande et le salon a un canapĂ©-lit queen size. Vous profiterez Ă©galement de grandes tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat dans toutes les chambres et le salon, d'un lave-linge et d'un sĂšche-linge, d'une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec comptoir en granit et de deux salles de bains supplĂ©mentaires avec comptoirs en granit.

Le complexe est situĂ© au cƓur du Grand Strand, dans une partie de la plage rĂ©servĂ©e aux familles. Le Cypress Room est un restaurant primĂ© sur place qui sert le petit-dĂ©jeuner et le dĂźner tous les jours. Des options de dĂ©jeuner sont disponibles sur le patio et au bar de la piscine pendant les mois d'Ă©tĂ©. Les activitĂ©s sur le site incluent les piscines intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure, qui comprennent une riviĂšre artificielle, trois piscines, des spas, une pataugeoire pour enfants, des cascades et des formations rocheuses surplombant la plage, un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse bronzante. Le condo est assez haut pour Ă©viter le bruit de la piscine en Ă©tĂ© et profiter d'une intimitĂ© totale. Ce condo est incomparable dans un hĂ©bergement spacieux, des rendez-vous de luxe, une attention Ă  chaque dïżœïżœtail et est en parfait Ă©tat..

Was good overall! Good location and my kids loved the pool. Only issue I’d say was how they only provide you 1 trash bag for the whole stay but definitely not a deal breaker. Grout in shower in main bedroom did have some black spots unsure if mold?- other than that unit was very clean. Would stay again.

Beach Retreat

We stayed at Island Vista which sits right on the beach! We loved the view and the convenient location. We liked that it was away from the boardwalk and all that craziness. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We did some cooking and found plenty of cooking utensils as well as a small crockpot, air frier, coffee/Keurig, toaster, toaster oven and plenty of wine glasses and dinner ware. The main bedroom has an ocean view, the other two rooms look out onto the hallway. The family room has a big sliding door out onto a good sized porch with chairs to enjoy the view. I would recommend this property!

This condo is exactly as listed and more. The condo itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. The views of the ocean are stunning and provided a much needed break from our busy schedules. The property manager was very responsive and replied quickly when we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and with stunning ocean views. Waking up to the sight and sound of the sunrise and waves was perfection.The location was great, it was close to things, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true retreat. The amenities were fantastic, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying the pools and beach access. The highlight of our trip was spotting dolphins from the balcony.This condo exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it.

Wonderful Holiday Escape

This property is just like the photos. Very well appointed kitchen, nice homey touches and very clean. We stayed for 12 days over Christmas and really enjoyed the oceanfront location; when we had problems with the plumbing the rental company was really prompt in fixing our issue(s). I can highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great location and lovely property to enjoy some beachfront vacation time.

Accurate listing, great location, slightly clunky experience

The accomodations were great for our group of four (one couple, two singles). We were able to walk to a really fun bar (Jimigans!) and having a kitchen was a plus. But if I were staying again (and I would), I would book with the resort directly. Booking through VRBO added lots of off-putting bureaucratic layers--a separate call to verify our ages, additional paperwork, constant admonitions to not trash the place, and all the check-out processes you expect from a rental...but with the impersonal touch of a hotel (AND hotel check-in/check out procedures!). Just book directly and enjoy a full resort experience.

The property was exactly as pictured. The condo was spacious and well decorated. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The pools and hot tub were very nice. We loved the outdoor seating around the fireplace in the evening. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Lots of grocery stores and ice cream shops near by. The pools were awesome and never crowded. Would definitely come back again.

Great family vacation

The property looked exactly as the pictures. The condo was clean and the resort was family friendly. We had no trouble getting to the beach and pool. Only down side was the parking garage, it was very tight and sometimes we would have to let everyone out before parking to not hit walls or other cars with the doors.

NO LUGGAGE RACKS

The check-in process was great. We checked in with no problem and got 2 luggage racks to carry luggage to the condo. The condo was also great--no problems. The problem came when it was time to check out. We had no luggage rack and WAS DENIED ACCESS TO USE LUGGAGE RACKS. We (4 Senior Citizens - ages 72 - 76) with disabilities were forced to hand carry all luggage along with groceries to parking lot. We (3 of us) made 3 trips to the parking lot to get all of our things to the car. We would have gladly paid a fee to use the luggage racks or paid someone to carry the bags, but were denied these options also. It was awful and very disrespectful. I wondered if it was a race issue. It put a damper on an otherwise beautiful trip. We absolutely loved the condo and the location, along with the outside accommodations, but to have to carry bags to the car should have been notified of this from the beginning.

If you are looking for unobstructed ocean views, then this property is perfect. It was spacious and well appointed. Being on the sixth level made it very easy to unload our baggage and groceries. It’s in a quiet location in a neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.
