Amethyst Cove is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath beach home built around one idea: give every generation in your group a space that feels like it was made for them.



The second floor is the heart of the house an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room where everyone naturally ends up. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking: full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, blender, and a table built for family-style dinners. The living room has a fireplace and string-lit ceiling for lazy nights after the beach. Also here: a king bedroom with its own private bathroom, the adult retreat, close to the action but with a door that closes.



Head up to the third floor and this is where Amethyst Cove earns its name. The space-themed room stops kids in their tracks, a ceiling mural guests still talk about after checkout, two beds, and its own attached bathroom. Next door, the record room gives teens a hangout that doesn’t feel like a regular bedroom, vinyl-inspired wall art and a laid-back vibe. A third bedroom offers a queen bed for the rest of your group, with a second full bathroom shared between the remaining rooms.



Then there’s the glow arcade in the garage, converted into an air-conditioned room with arcade games, ping pong, and vibrant neon lighting that turns a rainy afternoon into the best part of the trip.



Out back, the colorful twilight patio is where mornings start with coffee and evenings end with everyone still talking, string lights, mismatched Adirondack chairs, and a front-row seat to Ocean Blvd after dark.
