Welcome! This is a SELF-CATERING vacation condo.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals: pots and pans, dishware, glassware, utensils, bowls, a toaster, coffee maker, and other convenient kitchen essentials.

Ice machine is located on the ground floor next to the elevator hallway, near the pool

🗑️ Important HOA Rules:

Do not leave items or trash outside your front door

Nothing should be hung from the balcony

Trash must be disposed of in the on-site compactor—located either:
Across the street on the property

Or to the right of the building in the parking lot as you exit

🏍️ During High-Traffic Events:
Please be aware that Bike Weeks—especially Atlantic Beach Bike Fest—bring heavy traffic, police-managed traffic flows, and large crowds.
The 4th of July is our busiest week of the year.
While parking is ample, it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak times, you may need to use overflow parking lots.
Trailers are not permitted in the resort’s parking lots or garage.
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed.
This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel—please treat it with care and leave it as found.
Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance (fee applies). Unauthorized use = $100 fee.
No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 cleaning fee. Ask about pet-friendly units.
No smoking or vaping, including the balcony. Evidence = $250 cleaning fee.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
No daily housekeeping. Report any issues or damages at check-in.
