CLEANING & LINEN SERVICE POLICY: The unit is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels & wash cloths including extras located in closets. A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on your departure is included on your invoice. It is your responsibility for all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags, and soiled dishes and cooking utensils are washed and cleaned. Linens, blankets, pillows, bedspreads, comforters and towels are provided. It is standard for beds to be made for Guests arrival (except pull out couches not fully made) as part of the linen and cleaning service. The unit is provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Managers do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & dish detergent, etc.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Managers have, to the best of their ability, given an accurate description of the property and it’s condition. Guest understands that it is considered as reserved "sight unseen". Our cleaning staff will have cleaned it before your occupancy. All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. The failures of operation of certain extra amenities, such as TVs, cable, or the Internet and WiFi service are not a basis for any refund. Manager will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during Guests occupancy. When you arrive, if you find that the house has not been cleaned to normal standards please notify the Manager immediately. We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to any issues. The Guest agrees to hold the Manager harmless from any liability for the condition of the house. Due to the nature of beach properties, the sand, stairs, decks and concrete are not always stable. Use at your own risk.

CLEANING & REPAIRS: All units have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees to keep house, furniture and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding or changing furniture without Manager’s written approval shall be deemed a material breach of this Rental Agreement, and is strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside onto the beach.

ENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Manager or Manager’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. For inventory and maintenance purposes a property management employee of the Manager may need to enter the premises. The same permission procedure applies as above. In any emergency, Manager or Manager’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: No lifeguard may be on duty. Accordingly, persons using the beach or pool do so at their own risk and the Manager assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Managers harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters` negligent acts or omissions.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children we allow on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include access to the balcony, ocean, pool, adjacent street, and cleaning supplies in the house.

FURNITURE: All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guest`s departure or an additional charge will be made. MISSING ITEMS - Renters will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after Guests depart and notifies the Manager of any missing items. Manager will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken, and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: Guest understands that any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Manager and Manager shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property of the Guest or property of Guest left after check out NO

PARTIES - This is not a party house. The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Manager`s advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

NON-SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental.This INCLUDES THE BALCONY. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the unit by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred. NO EXCEPTIONS

PETS NOT ALLOWED. If you bring a pet(s), this rental agreement will be forfeited, terminated and deposits will be retained and a deep cleaning fee will apply.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT - Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. A late checkout is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100/hour after a grace period of 30 minutes. Guests may arrange for extra nights in advance to avoid any late checkout fees. Extra nights are charged at the daily rate and may be granted if available. If Guests are not present when cleaning crews arrive and have left their possessions in the house, cleaning crews will collect their possessions and remove them from the premises in order to prepare the unit for incoming guests and Guest will be charged $150 for this service. PLEASE checkout promptly, the cleaning crews have a very short time window to prepare the unit for new guests.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Renters are responsible for collecting their belongings, ensuring and dirty dishes or utensils are washed, and all trash placed in trash cans. Please ensure that the door is locked when you leave. We will take care of the rest!

Our room was on the 16th floor with a balcony so it had a great view of the ocean! I am trying to find things I didnt like about it and the only thing I can think of is I do wish it had a keurig coffee maker because its easier to just bring a k cup if you want coffee. The communication from Brad the owner was amazing! The walk to the parking lot was easy to get to. The couch was so comfortable and we were able to get on netflix to check out a movie. The bed and pillows were also so comfortable! We would stay here again!

Excellent location, super easy ck in, responsive host! Nice condo which was clean! We loved the location and the parking garage, which is a street over behind the condo, was super easy to access. We had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is the couch could use an upgrade but we had a great stay and enjoyed this condo. PS: good location to find shark teeth too! We found about 275!

Location was amazon and condo was comfy for two people. Beach access was nice. Staff was very accommodating even though we were booked through VRBO.The following is not a complaint, just a heads-up: some people prefer a very firm mattress, but we do not. Woke up with back pain every morning. The sides of the tub are pretty high and thick making it difficult to get in and out. There are no grab bars. We went out the first morning and bought an anti-slip mat for the tub to make it safer to get in and out. Again, not complaining, just a heads-up.Overall we had a great time and will be back to MB!

We've stayed at the Anderson Beach Resort several times throughout the years. It's a decent resort in the quiet part of Myrtle Beach. Downside to the resort is that the paeking garage is a block away. There is an amazing spa at this resort. The resort is very clean and people are friendly. The unit itself is nice. I messaged the host to suggest replacing the bed pillows and not to have a blanket as the bedspread on the bed. The shower/tub is a substantial step in if you are under 5'5. We didnt use the resort amenities this time around.

Great location, beautiful view, and Brad was the absolute BEST communicator from the day one!!!

Everything went very smooth from the beginning. Brad was top tier in communicating from beginning to end. The location was absolutely perfect! The valet and the staff in the lobby were wonderful and very helpful. My 6 year old really enjoyed the free mini golf across the street and so did my husband and I. Everything was within walking distance pretty much. The only small thing I did notice was that the pics were a bit deceiving as far as size and I did think it was a bit bigger than what it was. That’s not a serious issue at all though. Everything was wonderful! Will be back!

We really enjoyed staying there. Everything was clean and kept nicely. I was hoping you had coffee for guests. I think that would be a nice touch. It would have been easier to grab a coffee in the suite. And the pillows need to be updated. They seem like they were old and needed to be updated. Other than that. It was a nice place and good location.

We have stayed in Myrtle Beach about 12 times in the last 40 years. We would always walk by the Anderson and say some day. That day came and Brads unit #1607 and the hotel did not disappoint. Everything was clean and as great as it could be.

Enjoyed our 7 night stay. Perfect condo for a family of 3 or 4. Pool was nice. Glad they had a washer and dryer that you can wash clothes every day. Perfect view of the beach from your balcony. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Beautiful Conso in the Sky

Great location. Inside of home was nice and clean. Only gripe was the washer didn’t really wash well and the dryer was very lenty ( even after we emptied the lent trap ) leaving our clothes lenty lol. The condo was spacious and the view from the 15th floor was awesome. Hotel didn’t serve breakfast but a Starbucks was across the street. Plenty of activities to do for the whole family. We stayed 8 days and kept busy as if we’ve never been to SC before. lol. Moneys worth for sure. Definitely would return

Luxurious hotel and condo. Perfect beach location with easy access through the hotel. Parking garage nearby. Glorious sunrise view. Awesome view

The overall experience was great, cleanliness and exactly like the photos. I loved the place. The furniture has a very welcoming atmosphere & well selected. I loved the view of the ocean. My only concern and or recommendation is that if someone states their name for a your room it should have a procedure, that way there’s no mix ups but also clears the air that way there’s no random people trying to come into our room. The experience of not being able to use the door was a little uncomfortable and possibly some communication would’ve helped with some reassurance.
