The 35m² private pool (1.50m depth, non-heated) also features a special children’s compartment ( 2.5x2.5, 0,70m depth) and is surrounded by sun-beds & 70m² lawn covered area - creating the perfect spot for relaxation under the sun. A shaded outdoor dining area and BBQ Facilities (charcoal) provide the ideal setting for al fresco meals while enjoying the stunning countryside views. Children will delight in the playground, complete with a slide, a swing , children’s car, rocking toys and more. What’s more, for your outmost convenience there is also an indoor playground area, featuring a slide, children’s playhouse, children furniture -

 while for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday….exercise daily using the outdoor elliptical machine. For the sports lovers, a volleyball net is also available outdoors.

Spanning 200m² of inviting interiors, Promitheas Villa blends the ease of a spacious holiday home with the warmth of a cozy retreat, offering 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms ensuring comfort & style at its higher end. Accommodating up to nine guests in real beds - plus one more guest that can be accommodated in a folding bed, which can be placed upon request at the first bedroom with King Size bed - the Villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.
