With 100 sqm of comfortable living space, Villa Melora 1 is thoughtfully designed to provide everything needed for a relaxing holiday.



The villa features three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom features two single beds, making the villa suitable for families, friends, and couples travelling together. In addition, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 7 guests in total.



Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. Every bedroom is also equipped with a 32-inch TV and air conditioning.



The comfortable living room provides a welcoming space for guests to relax and spend time together. It features a 42-inch TV, air conditioning, and a sofa bed for an additional guest.



Air conditioning is available throughout the villa, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature during the warmer months. For added convenience, the villa also includes a washing machine.
