Introducing Lynx Villa

Set in the authentic village of Perama, in one of Crete’s most celebrated food regions, Lynx Villa is designed for guests who wish to experience the island through comfort, connection, and a true sense of place. Part of Celestial Villas, a refined complex of three neighbouring yet independent villas, it offers the privacy of its own pool and outdoor spaces while belonging to a beautifully composed retreat setting. Here, days unfold with the gentle rhythm of Cretan living: slow breakfasts, sunlit swims, long BBQ lunches, children’s pool moments, relaxed evenings in the playroom, and easy discoveries through village tavernas, local flavours, and countryside routes. With five bedrooms, generous leisure spaces, and thoughtful family-friendly details, Lynx Villa welcomes families and loved ones to settle in, slow down, and feel at home in Crete.

External Living : The outdoor world of Lynx Villa is composed of 820m2 outdoor land, for Mediterranean living, where poolside moments, shaded dining, and family ease define the rhythm of each day. The villa features its own infinity swimming pool, which can be heated upon request for an additional fee, creating a graceful setting for refreshing swims and unhurried lounging. A children’s pool adds a playful touch for younger guests, allowing families to enjoy the outdoors with comfort and ease. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ (Gas) invites long Cretan meals, while the picnic area offers a softer, more informal setting for slow afternoons, simple pleasures, and time together beneath the open sky.

*As part of Celestial Villas, Lynx Villa sits next to two neighbouring independent villas, each sold separately and each with its own private pool, creating an elegant retreat atmosphere. Kindly note that some areas may be overlooked.

- Private 30m2 infinity pool, with pool heating available upon request for an additional fee. Pool Depth 1.50m2 to 2.00m2. Pool Waterfall feature also available.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living : Conceived for effortless family living and relaxed Cretan stays, Lynx Villa offers a warm and comfortable 300m2 interior atmosphere shaped for both connection and privacy. The villa features inviting shared spaces, laying across three floors, featuring five bedrooms, and thoughtful leisure areas, allowing families and friends to enjoy time together while still having space to retreat. A wheelchair elevator is available, adding ease of movement within the villa. The lower-level playroom cinema lounge with 65’’ Smart TV and PS5 creates a dedicated entertainment space, while the main living areas support everyday comfort, relaxed meals, and slow holiday routines. With accommodation for up to 11 guests, Lynx Villa is especially suited to families, groups of friends, and guests looking for a villa that feels beautifully easy for longer stays.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, and children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.
