Nestled in the charming seaside village of Panormos, Theros Villas offers two newly constructed villas for a tranquil escape. With the beach just a leisurely 750 meters away, guests can easily enjoy sun-kissed shores and refreshing dips in the sea. Perfectly situated within walking distance of all essential amenities, Theros Villas provide an ideal setting for a hassle-free vacation, allowing guests to immerse themselves fully in relaxation without the need for a car.

Interior Layout
Theros Villa 1 covers 143m² and spans in two levels, offering ample space for up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms. Additionally, a 7th guest can be comfortably accommodated on the living room sofa.
On the ground floor, upon entering, guests are welcomed by an open-plan space featuring the living room and kitchen. The seating area offers a comfortable sofa, 50’’ TV and offers easy access to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, offering all essentials for a self-catered holiday, as well as an adjacent indoor dining table for 6. A full bathroom with a shower cabin is also available on this level.
Ascending to the first floor of the villa reveals three cozy bedrooms, each one equipped with a 32-inch TV, individually controlled air conditioning, an open closet, and access to balconies furnished with inviting seating areas, offering a serene retreat for guests to unwind and enjoy the coastal breeze. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and they share a convenient bathroom, complete with a shower cabin and a washer/dryer for added convenience. Additionally, the third bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin.

Exterior
The outdoor area of the villa spans an impressive 92m², featuring a refreshing pool measuring 23m² with a depth of 1.50 meters, perfect for leisurely swims. Guests can relax on 4 comfortable sunbeds shaded by 2 umbrellas or gather in the inviting outdoor seating area, which includes a sofa, two chairs, and a coffee table for relaxation by the pool. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, a charming al fresco dining area with seating for 6 awaits, complete with a convenient gas barbecue for delightful meals under a pergola, providing an idyllic setting for memorable gatherings with your loved ones.

Nestled within a leisurely stroll from Theros Villas lies the charming Panormo village, approximately 900 meters away. Here, a delightful array of local taverns awaits with delicious food, complemented by quaint coffee shops and bars. Additionally, other daily amenities, like pharmacies, bakery, ATM, souvenir shops, mini-markets and more are also available inside the village.

Getting around
Eveything you need for your daily needs is reachable on foot (900-1000 metres), including the beach (750 metres). Also, Panormo is frequently connected with public buses to Rethymno city (every 30 min during summer season), Heraklion city (every 1hour/45 min dependig on the season) so you can easily access various interesting places without the need to rent a car. However, for added flexibility and exploration, we highly recommend car rental services, and our team is readily available to assist you with arrangements.

- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week.
- Pool cleaning every three days. We will always let you know about date and time.

- Air conditioning units also serve heating purposes.

Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.
The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.
While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.

* Please note that the "climate crisis resilience fee" (mandatory government tax) of 15€ per night is applicableand payable in cash upon arrival, directly to the owner of the villa.
