The main building displays the splendid sea view from all angles. The pure nuances of white and light beige mixed with the wooden interior evoke a contemporary yet elegant impression of the property.

There are three bedrooms, a bedroom with two single-size beds, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a bedroom with one Queen size bed with an additional mezzanine with a Queen size bed. The main building of the villa also includes a living room, a dining room area, and a separate spacious fully equipped kitchen. There are two bright and modern bathrooms in the main building which provide luxurious Molton Brown amenities.

The separate guest house is located approximately 15 meters away from the main building and provides all necessities needed. It has a magnificent spacious Queen size bed, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom. It can accommodate 2 guests.

For a relaxing and refreshing experience, the private swimming pool of the property that overlooks the mesmerizing shimmer of the sea is the ideal choice. Additional sun beds, lounge sofas, and an outside shower are provided next to the swimming pool which further enhances the illuminating atmosphere of the island life. Behind the pool area is the outside dining area with exterior furniture where you can peacefully enjoy dinners while watching the sunset. Outside is also a green fully planted garden which adds to the cozy ambiance feeling.

Wi-Fi is fully covered, and autonomous air-conditioning units are provided in all areas of the property.

A parking space is also available in the property.

The Location
Platis Yialos is one of the most popular beaches of the island, filling with all types of people during summer time attracted by the golden sand and the wonderful turquoise crystalline waters.

It has a stunning organized beach just 20 meters from the house, offering food and drinks service to your lounge chair and umbrella, with a well equipped mini-market, and various styles of restaurants to choose from. The water sports club situated in the middle of the beach entertains children of all ages and adults daily! Although the summer winds can sometimes disturb sunbathing for the most of the island, Platis Yialos is protected from wind together with the neighboring beaches.

A short walk (150 meters) offers a private beach, where even in the height of August you can be alone in the sun and the sand Further down the trail, about 500 meters you find the famous Scorpios. And finally, you can walk even further to Paranga beach, famous for it's beach party atmosphere, day and night. In the opposite direction, chic Psarou beach is a beautiful walk through the picturesque hillside between the two.
