« Gately is a quaint hotel that is always enjoyable. The staff are courteous, professional and attentive but not annoying. The facility itself is a bit nostalgic and unique, and along with that comes aging plumbing and electrical supply problems. You will enjoy Gately, particularly the staff, but expect a bit older amenities. »

« This was a comfortable, quiet hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast served in a pleasant patio area. Showers worked fine, and sitting outside on the balcony was nice. The location is an easy walk to Victoria Mall or the bus park to get a cheap ride into Kampala. »

« Hotel décent, mais pour le prix, et au vu des photos, on aurait pu s'attendre à une vraie piscine (pas un petit bassin pouvant accueillir deux personnes) et un endroit un peu plus calme : l'hôtel est situé sur une des rues les plus passantes d'Entebe. « I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. Doreen, i cant thank you enough for your help and awesome service. Will definitely stay again, thank you team Admas »

« Enjoyed the beautiful greenery. The rooms had a view and were quite spacious. Getting to the hotel was wonderful because it was late and they greeted me with juice. Laundry was included which was a bonus. Food could be more flavourful »

« The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. « Excellent customer service, great value for money; spacious clean comfortable rooms with all the 4* amenities plus spacious fridge and reliable free airport shuttle. I'm a returning customer, this is my 6th time staying at the villa..it's now my home away from home when I visit Uganda. Highly recommend. »

Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. Trying to find the place, we finally got at the Hotel around 2:30 am. Even the phone number provided weren’t working. Other than that, the hotel is very good and highly recommended. "
