The Leonard Luxury Apartments combine modern city living with waterfront views to give you the ultimate upscale, urban, lifestyle. This completely furnished 2 bedroom luxury apartment features modern design with premium finishes and great city views of Downtown Muskegon. With 2 bedrooms (1 King / 1 Queen), 2 baths and 1169 square feet, this apartment is roomier than most two bedrooms. It includes all the necessity's needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. It also includes 2 sofa beds for added guests (apartment sleeps 8 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency natural gas heat, central air conditioning, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker and microwave. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TV's in each bedroom and living room. Onsite parking is available right behind the building.

I would have to say that it was like staying at a Ritz Carleton Hotel without the room service. We loved our stay and look forward to staying here next year. The apartment was also pet friendly which is difficult to find.

The location was perfect to enjoy downtown Muskegon and bike along the lake. Security and passcode system were very good. The condo was well laid out. Our only complaint is the beds and couch are very uncomfortable. Basic accommodations only. Good for a weekend but not a long stay.

Very nice, modern apartment. Two couples could easily share this place and still have plenty of space, plenty of privacy. Couldn't ask for a better location. Terrific patio, ideal for a cookout or cocktails. Short walk to the Frauenthal Theater, LC Walker Arena (Go Jacks!), bars, restaurants, museums, etc

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Entire apartment was well kept, beautiful and spacious. Not a single thing was missing! Great location ... walk to bars/restaurants, park, farmer's market. We absolutely loved everything about this apartment.

The apartment was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to several things we wanted to do. My son loved the USS Silverside and we LOVED the Beach!!!! Beautiful. It was also close enough to Holland that we were able to go there and see the sights. We went to the Dutch Village and it was awesome. We hope to go back to the same apartment again as soon as possible. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic Place

This home was everything as described. What a wonderful place to stay. You can enjoy a morning coffee or a beautiful sunset from the roof. A short stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars. We met some of the nicest people. The communication with the reservation and check-in was the best. This home was spotless and very comfortable. We all give it 5 stars. If you are staying in Muskegon, this is the place you want to stay.

We came into town for a graduation party. Had minor issue with check in because the check in info was in junk mail. Contact off of VRBO app only took a couple of minutes. Location is great, as there are plenty of places for entertainment, dining, and sports venue. Never touched thermostat until we checked, but settings had to be set up per check out instructions.

I was originally booking this place because I was traveling with a friend who, uh, snores (loudly). I wanted to have 2 bedrooms that were far apart, so this location was perfect. She ended up cancelling, so it was a larger location than needed but I loved it. I can’t say enough positive things! It was the cleanest location I have stayed in. I loved everything provided in the kitchen - and was able to use the stove to heat up left overs from the Early Bird versus using a microwave (you HAVE to eat there!). I also highly recommend the coffee shop downstairs - ladies are beyond nice. The bathtub was a nice touch, I was in town cleaning out my grandparent’s house and needed to unwind each night. It was large, clean and the perfect unwind every evening. The location was good too. I was a bit concerned about being right next to the bus station (yes, I realize that probably sounds bad - but as a single female traveler, I get a bit overly worried about safety). My worries we’re completely unfounded as even the bus station was crazy clean! You are walking distance to the really nice downtown area, have your own parking, quick drive to the beach. In an effort to throw out a what-needs-improvement… maybe have a couple snacks available just in case you arrive late? (which I did) Would love to see what this place is like in the summer! Forgot to add - the view is nice too.

The apt was as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. Location was great. We especially appreciated the easy access as we traveled with an elderly person. Great coffee shop and ice cream shop on the lower level of the building. Our host was very responsive to any inquiries we made. I would highly recommend this apt.

The apartment is great. We enjoyed the outside rooftop deck that is attached to the apartment. The City of Muskegon is very welcoming, we walked everywhere. The location is perfect, safe and the parking is right out behind the building! Nicole was equally as wonderful, easy, direct communication. Thank you for your help.
