« Motel crasseux. À 140€ la nuit, c’est le pire rapport qualité-prix de tout notre séjour aux USA. Un motel 6 est bien moins cher, un Confort Inn est bien plus confortable.

« One of the worst experiences of a holiday inn. The staff here can give two cents about any issues you may have. They didn’t have our room ready until 6pm. Then the chef for breakfast never showed up so there was no breakfast. One of the main reasons why we stayed here!!! We even complained and they don’t seem to care one bit. Then our room was beyond dirty, we found blood stains on our sheets!! They legit did not even clean the room. Wow what a nightmare. »

« The main door to the room had to be slammed to close it. You could still push it a quarter of an inch ajar anyway. The bathroom fan did not work so the entire room and bathroom was damp the whole stay. Niether drains had a plug in place. The bathroom door bottom hinge was falling off so the door was hard to open and close. The lighting was poor. The overhead lights are no longer there. The lamps arent enough. And the hallway reeked. I will no longer stay at any wyndom owned...

« For an older property it wasn't bad. The price was great for someone that just wanted some place to sleep. We had a fishing trip on lake Michigan, so we slept and checked out early (4:30am). They were not flexible or accommodating to people with handicaps though. When asked for a ground level room, I was told that rooms were already assigned, so they couldn't get me a ground level room.
