« When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms. »

« The only reason I picked this was the 8.2 review rating, my mistake. The room wasn’t very clean. If you want to stay with rowdy construction crews, this is your place. The manager Jr. is a good guy and seems to be able to handle the situations that come up. »

« My first time experience with Hampton was not the best. The staff did their best but the property hosted guests while rénovations were on going. Very dusty, making our rooms and the air with breath dirty. There was no hot breakfast for all 3 days. We were only given a 1day breakfast pass at a burritos 🌯 restaurant for only 2 people while we were 2 adults and 3 kids which was mentioned in out reservation. Overall everyone that stayed there during the weekend of July 17th 2026 deserves a 50%...

« Room was dirty, dusty and had black mold both in the microwave as well as the bathroom walls. Hotel smelled as soon as you entered into the lobby and had a wet floor sign up the entire time of our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and changed my room as soon as I informed her of the issues with the room. Breakfast wasn't anything to rave about, coffee machine wasn't working so had to go back to the room to make a single cup. The host had no training. Tables were sticky the cereal...
