« When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms. »

« The only reason I picked this was the 8.2 review rating, my mistake. The room wasn’t very clean. If you want to stay with rowdy construction crews, this is your place. The manager Jr. is a good guy and seems to be able to handle the situations that come up. »

« Very well kept property inside and out !! I’ve been to a few properties and I gotta say very impressed and my kids loved the miniture living room area so cute ! 10 out 10 !!! I know God put us in this direction being I asked for a peace of mind for me, my children and husband …. Very well guided 🙏 »

« Clean and spacious. Kitchenette was nice to have & well stocked. A complementary bottle of water would be a nice touch. Needs more than one trash can. The TV was worthless, could not get local stations, very annoying! »

« Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely friendly and breakfast buffet was very good, Only complaints, really low toilets in the bathrooms, I'm short with really bad knees and it was low for me, I can imagine someone tall trying to sit that low. They need to upgrade to chair height and there was no hot tub as advertised which was really disappointing. »

« I paid for a noon check out by was rudely told the next morning that they didnt care, for us to leave at 11. The room was absolutely disgusting. Roaches running on the floor, blood on the bed sheets. Dirt was literally hanging from the ceiling. The floors were cracked apart and conung up. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I woukd NEVER recommend anyone here. They wouldn't give me my money back either. This place should be condemned. »
