« My stay has been very nice but what stood out the most is the very helpful and kind manager and housekeeping.everyone has been very welcoming and helpful ... Maybe in near future I hope they might consider coffee brewers for the room .. but I rate this experience a five star review all away across..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ »

« When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms. »

« The rooms were nasty. They put us in one and the smell of mildew was so strong we could hardly breathe. They put us in another one and it was slightly better but you could still smell the mildew. The cleanliness of the rooms were not the best either. The pictures are deceiving of the property. I honestly don't know how they have the reviews they do. We would not stay here again. »
