« When I booked this hotel, I booked it with breakfast, but it was not served. »

« Arrived at 12:30 am in the morning. The airport pick up service was superb! The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. »

« This is a very modern hotel catering to business travelers. The breakfast is very good. Note the room layout: it is not possible to use the bathroom without having to brighten the entire room. »

« Was located near mass transit, which was critical for getting around in the city. The two English speaking staff Lucy and Nathan were very eager to assist with any issues that came up. The others on staff that weren’t as proficient in English did use the translator app on their phones to help when they needed. The food in the hotel was excellent, but I wish thy had traditional tables to sit and dine. »

« No official lobby to check in after hours. »

Top »

« Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended. »

« spacious, clean, modern looking room. staff is friendly & pro-active in helping show you the way to your room & other amenities. transport to the airport is included, but it isn't a shuttle that runs on a fixed schedule that anyone can just board. the ride needs to be booked in advance (runs on the hour) and can only be used once per stay. and if you're wondering why anyone would need to head to the airport more than once during their stay, it's because you can catch the Beijing metro / subway...
