« Everything was wonderful, but you had one cleaner that we asked for towels in the hallway that had such a snobby attitude and I asked her how was her day just to try to uplift her spirit and I donât know if she was going through something but work isnât the place to bring problems other than that it was an awesome stay. »
« Was there for the weekend. Check in staff was great. Jay was the one who checked me in and he was so friendly and nice, let me know about the bar and grill what time it closes and about breakfast hours. He sing a song cause I was there for a concert. We had a running toilet and they had it fix less then 5 minutes after I reported it. Room was clean the hotel it self was clean inside and outside. All the staff was very nice when you saw them. This will be my stay whenever I'm in town. »
« This was a very clean hotel. Every staff person we encountered was very, very friendly. It was an easy off and on the highway and was surrounded by great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again as we have friends in the area. »

"The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available.
What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy."
