« ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid This Place — Unsanitary Rooms, Sheets Not Changed Between Guests We stayed at Aqua Mira Hotel and Resort in Tanza and had an experience so unsanitary that we felt compelled to warn other travelers. When we opened the bed in our first room, we found an unwashed blood stain on the sheets. It was clear the bedding had not been changed since the previous guest — housekeeping had simply made the bed look presentable from the outside without actually inspecting or replacing the linens...

« Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view. Overall, from the clean room, large lcd tv, bath and shower, friendly and accommodating staff, i would say i enjoyed my two night stay here. And oh,...

« The room was clean. However we had the room at the very end of the hall. It was inconvenient. But they said that that was the only premier twin that they had. The bathroom was not up to par. The water didn’t go down the drain, so it kinda flooded. It was hard to fix the water temperature, I had to shower a few times with cold water. The staff had to adjust the water heater for me. There was no fridge in the room. They had a fridge in the lobby where you can store stuff. And not even a lot, maybe...

« The breakfast was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful, nice and informative. I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out. Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel. You have to walk a couple blocks down the street. And I also had difficulty...

« The place is nice and ideal for the family. The pool is heated and open until 10 pm. Great and friendly staff. Always ready to accommodate our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend it. »
